Your Staffing Specialist, Katie Talkington, is your initial contact with MBF and will answer any questions that you may have. She will guide you through the process, from the application, to the interview, to the Temporary Nanny Orientation.

Your Placement Manager, Kate Jacobs, will be your contact regarding temporary jobs. She is also the key point of contact for families seeking babysitting and other temporary services. She gathers the details from each family, and assesses their needs and requirements. Kate ensures great matches for you with MBF families.

Monica Alcantar is your Director of Temporary Services and she will ensure quality in the placements and outstanding customer service throughout the process.

Marc Sjolseth covers our corporate emergency back-up care bookings, as well as our after-hours weeknight emergency line.

Katie Earwood covers our weekend emergency line. She handles emergency bookings for those unexpected, last-minute needs.
