Meet Your Temporary Services Team

(Who will fill my sitter requests?)

Your Placement Manager, Paula Mast, will be your key point of contact for temporary services. Paula will gather the initial details about you, your family and your requirements, and answer any questions that you may have about working with Mom’s Best Friend. You will contact Paula to reserve ongoing services such as our temporary nannies (sitters), newborn specialists, and temporary personal assistants. 

Pamela Dean, our Staffing Specialist, recruits, interviews and screens all of our nannies and oversees background and reference checks.

Jessica Sjolseth is your Director of Temporary Placements and she will ensure that your placements are seamless, and that you are given outstanding customer service throughout the process.

Hanna Carr and Miranda Howell are the after-hours booking team, covering evenings and weekends. They handle emergency bookings for those unexpected, last-minute needs.
