They will conduct your initial interview and gather all your preferences and needs to conduct your search for the best possible family match. They will also be your contacts for all of your post-placement needs.

Laura Patterson is your Director of Long-term Placements and she works with Kate Joubert, Placement Manager, to match families with qualified caregivers that meet their search criteria. They also conduct phone interviews with families to gather their detailed needs and wants. They ensure quality in the placements and outstanding customer service throughout the process.
