Meet Your Nanny Placement Team

Laura Patterson is your Director of Long-term Placements and she will be your key point of contact throughout the placement process. Laura will gather the details of your position, confirm your requirements, and answer any questions that you may have about working with Mom’s Best Friend. She will ensure that your placement goes smoothly, confirm that you were given outstanding customer service throughout the process, and will be your contact for all of your post-placement needs.

Your Placement Manager, Monica Alcantar, will be matching you with nannies that fit your needs, coordinating interviews, and trial time.

Pamela Dean, our Staffing Specialist, is our nanny liaison. Pamela interviews and screens all of our nannies, coordinates their professional development training, oversees background and reference checks, and does recruiting. Pamela works with Monica to match nannies with families, and is the contact for continuing education for nannies.
