Process to Hire a San Antonio Babysitter or other Temporary Services

Mom's Best Friend has the highest quality, sweetest San Antonio babysitters and newborn specialists ready to serve your needs. Once you follow the simple steps to become a member, we can dispatch fun, responsible, and screened caregivers to your home.

• Client Application and Agreement: You will complete a Client Application which provides us with your family details. To activate your membership, a $125 ($100 if renewing) membership fee is due and entitles you to participate in all of our programs. Lastly, we will need a signed copy of the client agreement.
• Rates and Fees: Please see the Pricing page of our website for current services pricing.
• Compensation Procedures: The provider should be compensated in full, by check or preferably cash, according to the current rates, before leaving the job assignment. Our agency fees will be billed directly to the credit card of your choice.
• Placing a Job Order: Once you have completed the application, paid the fee, and submitted your signed client agreement, we offer 3 ways to book your services. There are three different ways to book a job: call or email your booking team or complete the online Book a Sitter Form (do not use this method if the job is within two business days). Providing the agency with the most notice provides the best chance for consistency, and the best opportunity to fill your request.
• Feedback: We rely upon your feedback in order to place the best canididates with your family and to continue to provide a consistent and quality service to you. Please complete our online Babysitter Feedback Form.
• After-hours Pager and Contact Information: Office hours are Monday - Friday 8:00 am to 4:00 pm. Click here for a complete list of your Booking Team phone numbers and emails. If you have a last-minute need (to take place within the next 24 hours) and it is after office hours, you may place a job order by calling our emergency pager at 512.775.5437 after 6:00 am or before 9:00 pm weekdays and between 9:00 am and 9:00 pm Saturdays and Sundays. However, you will be billed $25 in additional to our standard rates and fees if a temporary candidate is located for you.
