Your Staffing Specialist, Kate Joubert, is your initial contact with MBF and will answer any questions that you may have. She will guide you through the process, from the application, to the interview, to the Temporary Nanny Orientation.

Your Placement Manager, Aimee Gassmann, will be your contact regarding temporary jobs. She is also the key point of contact for families seeking babysitting and other temporary services. She gathers the details from each family, and assesses their needs and requirements. Aimee ensures great matches for you with MBF families.

Jessica Sjolseth is your Vice Director of Temporary Services and she will ensure quality in the placements and outstanding customer service throughout the process.

Hanna Carr and Miranda Howell are the after-hours team, covering evenings and weekends. They handle emergency situations, and bookings for those unexpected, last-minute needs.
