(What do you offer beyond the placement?)

Many of our nannies select Mom's Best Friend as their agency because our support does not end at the time of placement. It is our goal that we build a long-term relationship with you, and that we help you build a long-term relationship with your employer. To support you, we provide continuing education, a newsletter full of valuable information for your job, networking opportunities, and valuable knowledge from experts in the field. Below is a list of some of the resources available on our website, but please don’t hesitate to contact us if you have a question or concern that we have not addressed. Our goal is to provide you with all of the support that you may need.

• Over the years, we have found that a number of our nannies and sitters ask similar questions about the search and hiring process, so we have developed Frequently Asked Questions in order to provide key information.
• From time to time, we offer Continuing Education opportunities to help you continue your growth.
• Our Austin Nanny Network is a great way to connect to other caregivers in the Austin area through playgroups, networking events, and social networking. We encourage you to take advantage of these opportunities!
• Every other month, we publish a Nanny Newsletter that includes a number of valuable resources. We address important nanny/employer topics, provide fun craft ideas, honor Superstar nannies, and make any company announcements or changes.
