Stuart Dupuy, Esq., Executive Director and General Counsel

As Executive Director and General Counsel, Stuart’s responsibilities include executive level consulting on tax, legal and IT issues for Mom’s Best Friend, Inc. In addition, Stuart has been employed at Dell for over 10 years in a variety of roles, including alliance management, sales management, public sector contracting, and business development. Prior to joining Dell, Stuart was an attorney practicing commercial litigation with Fulbright & Jaworski. He holds a Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Texas at Austin and a B.A. in economics from Duke University.
