Placement Process
(How do I get started working?)
We want to keep things as simple as possible when you are searching for a Dallas elderly care job. However, there will be some additional steps in the screening process because we are looking for caregivers who are passionate about serving in their elderly care career. The additional time it may take to complete all of our checks and trainings will be well worth it, however, when you find the perfect Dallas elderly care position.
The placement process is simple. Simply fill out our online application and you will be contacted by a member of our team.
Once you have completed all background checks and training requirements, you will be a part of the active MBF caregiver pool. Our Director of Senior Care Services and our Senior Care Staffing Counselor will work to match jobs with available workers.
This is done based on objective job requirements and the employee’s ability to meet those objective job requirements. When a good match is made, you will be contacted by our office about the opportunity. We will inform you of the details of the job and you will have an opportunity to accept or decline that work. If you accept, the first shift will be booked and an initial meeting with the client will be conducted by an MBF representative at the client’s home.
An MBF representative will be responsible for follow up with both the client and the caregiver to ensure quality control and to assist in working out any issues that arise from time to time.
