Lisa Vines, Vice President of Operations

Lisa Vines graduated from the University of Texas with a degree in Communication. She then went on to work for GSD&M for two years before coming to work for MBF as Director of Permanent Placement. For over three years, Lisa created many successful, long-term placements between families and caregivers. After becoming a mom herself of two young children, she took on the role for MBF as instructor, trainer, and mentor for nannies of the Nanny Training Institute offered by MBF. Drawing from her years of successful placements, she provided client families with one-on-one in-home consultations to help set expectations and provide advice for the interviewing, hiring, and post-placement processes. Lisa has returned to full time employment at MBF, where she refines processes, develops placement efficiencies using technology, and completes a variety of other operational projects.
