Our Candidate Support

MBF Agency knows that household professionals can sometimes feel isolated, so we work hard to provide various opportunities to learn additional skills, network with other household professionals, share ideas, and celebrate their profession.

Professional Development: Before placement, MBF Agency executive housekeepers and nannies attend a 4-hour professional development course to sharpen their skills and knowledge. Included in both seminars are such relevant topics as: interview techniques, developing your portfolio, communication with employers, professional standards, and much more. The seminars are designed to empower household professionals with greater skills and professionalism and to provide their employers with a higher level of service.

Ongoing Education: From time to time, we offer seminars and training courses taught by experts in the field. If you would like to be notified as courses are offered so that your employee may attend, please email your Placement Manager.

Networking: MBF Agency sponsors events from time to time in order to reward professionals and facilitate networking.
