Pamela Dean, Staffing Specialist, will be your initial point of contact for your application process and job search. Kate will conduct your initial interview and gather all your preferences and needs to conduct your search and recruit candidates for the best possible family match. Kate will provide support to your placement manager throughout your process, and will also be your contact for all of your post-placement needs.

Monica Alcantar matches families with qualified, caregivers that meet their search criteria. Monica must ensure that candidates are suitable for our selective clients.

Laura Patterson is your Director of Long-term Placements and is the family point of contact. She conducts a phone interview and details each family's needs and wants. She also ensures quality in the placements and outstanding customer service throughout the process.
