Your Placement Manager, Monica Alcantar, will guide you through your application process and answer any questions that you may have about working with MBF Agency. She will gather all your information, including your experience and preferences, and find the best possible position to match your credentials. Monica's proficiency with household staffing ensures a thorough analysis and job search for you. She is your primary contact for any needs you may have and will also be your contact for all of your post-placement needs.

Your Director of Long-Term Placements, Laura Patterson, is the primary contact for the clients. She gathers all the details of their needs and preferences of each position, and submits appropriate candidates for each family.

Kathy Dupuy, is President of MBF Agency. Kathy founded the business in 1994, and it is her personal dedication to exceed the expectations of our candidates and clients that has resulted in the continued growth and success of the company. On a day to day basis, Kathy provides strategic direction and management support to her staff.

Mom’s Best Friend’s Executive Director is Stuart Dupuy, Esq.. Stuart provides internal support for the MBF Agency team, including accounting, IT, legal, and strategic direction.

Stephanie Purcell is your Finance and Human Resource Manager. Stephanie is in charge of all billing matters, manages internal payroll, hiring and set up, event scheduling and planning, overhead organization, and accounts payable/receivable.

Your Director of Marketing, Jessica Sjolseth, prepares and manages our MBF Agency website, promotional marketing materials, newsletters, and advertising. She manages all community outreach and public relations efforts for MBF Agency, and is the point of contact for all media inquiries.
