Kim Winblood
Kim received her bachelor's degree from Texas A&M University, and then went on to achieve her master's degree at Dallas Theological Seminary. Kim worked her way through graduate school as a nanny, and subsequently worked as a teacher in the Dallas area for four years where she taught health, served as the Female Athletic Coordinator of a middle school, and coached soccer, volleyball, basketball, track and swimming. MBF Agency utilizes her talents in many ways including screening nannies, teaching the Nanny Training Institute, and new client membership services for the Dallas/Fort Worth office.

Jim Winblood
After earning a bachelor’s degree in business administration and economics from the University of Oklahoma, Jim went on to graduate from Vanderbilt University Law School. Today, in addition to his role as President and CEO of MBF Dallas, he is an equity member in the law firm of Anderson & Jones, PLLC, with eight years of litigation practice in commercial and employment law. Jim also currently serves in the U.S. Navy Reserve, holding the rank of lieutenant.
