This 4-hour course is designed for executive housekeepers to refine their existing skills. Some of the topics covered are etiquette, interviewing tips and tools, employment agreements and evaluations, tax information, and tips for communicating with your principal.

This free course, available to all housekeepers located in our local cities, will also help you develop your personal service standards, define your strengths, help you to carefully choose a position, and exceed your employer expecations.

Mom's Best Friend Nanny Professional Development

This seminar was created for nannies to sharpen their skills and knowledge. Included in the four-hour course given at our local offices are such relevant topics as: interview techniques, developing your portfolio, age appropriate activities for your charges, appropriate discipline, communication with parent employers, safety, and much more.

The seminar is a free course for all nannies placed through Mom's Best Friend, and attendance is required prior to placement. Mom's Best Friend is working to empower nannies with greater skills and professionalism and to provide families with a higher level of care and service.
