Meet Your Operations Team
(Who is behind the scenes?)
Kathy Dupuy, is President of Mom’s Best Friend. Kathy founded the business in 1994, and it is her personal dedication to exceed the expectations of our clients that has resulted in the continued growth and success of the company. On a day to day basis, Kathy provides strategic direction and management support to her staff.
Mom’s Best Friend’s Executive Director is Stuart Dupuy, Esq. Stuart provides internal support for the Mom’s Best Friend team, including accounting, IT, legal, and strategic direction.
Julie Tomlin is your Finance and Human Resources Manager. Stephanie is in charge of all billing matters, manages internal payroll, hiring and set up, event scheduling and planning, overhead organization, and accounts payable/receivable.
Your marketing team members are Jessica Sjolseth and Aimee Gassmann, who prepare and manage our Mom’s Best Friend website, promotional marketing materials, newsletters, and advertising. They manage all community outreach and public relations efforts for MBF, and are the points of contact for all media inquiries.
Jackie Grotrian is your Human Resources /Financial Administrator. She assists with billing, corporate nanny payroll, and clients with billing inquiries. Jackie also performs background checks for all candidates.
