Saving You Time

We know your time is valuable, and we are devoted to being the most responsive, service-oriented nanny agency in Texas. When you rely on Mom's Best Friend:

• Our main phone line will be answered by a live person and calls will be returned promptly.
• Our goal is to send you at least two nannies to interview for your position within 24 hours of receiving and discussing your job profile. Sometimes a more complex placement will require more upfront time for additional recruiting initiatives.
• You can book sitters by email, online, or by phone, and we will promptly contact you with a confirmation of your request. Your assignment will most often be filled within five days before the start date.  
• We will relieve you of the burden of having to search for a reliable nanny or sitter on your own.
• We will send you only nannies who meet your criteria, or else we will provide you with reasons for recommending other candidates if we send anyone outside your specifications.

• Only 10% of all applicants make it through MBF’s detailed application, extensive in-person interview, and rigorous reference and criminal background checks.
