Full-Time Nanny Manager in the Museum District
- 10 days of vacation per year, 3-5 days of sick time
- 8 Paid holidays: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day
Family in the Museum District is seeking a proactive, multi-tasking Nanny Manager for their household. Nanny will begin the day with household tasks such as doing the children’s laundry, grocery shopping/errands, loading/unloading the dishwasher, organizing, tidying kids’ areas, and either preparing the kids’ dinner or assisting with meal prep (chopping, washing, thawing, pre-heating, measuring, etc.). Nanny will pick up the children from school nearby at 2:30pm, and will feed the boys a snack, engage them in indoor and outdoor activities (will be creative to find activities that are age-appropriate for each child). The older child has developmental, cognitive, and thus communication delays due to a medical condition, so he is not yet potty trained, and will need to be transported to/from some therapy appointments (speech, OT, PT). Candidate must be flexible in their schedule to be able to accommodate full days roughly 6-7 weeks in the year (school holidays provided well in advance). Nanny should have experience caring for multiple young children, and the ideal candidate will be patient, caring, active, and positive. Candidate must be COVID vaccinated. There are 2 indoor/outdoor cats, but the nanny won’t have any pet responsibilities. Both parents work full time outside the home. Family is requesting a Nanny who has received both doses of the Covid vaccine.
