You should have knowledge of nutrition, organic and clean foods, common dietary restrictions, and creative ways to accommodate them. In addition to planning and preparing delicious cuisine, all private chefs should be efficient and organized, as well as waste and budget-conscious. You should also have knowledge of all aspects of entertaining, including formal service and social etiquette. Chefs should be able to tailor menus around tastes, preferences, and dietary restrictions. <\/p>\n
Have 2-3+ years of recent in-home chef experience, supported by strong, positive references <\/p>\n
Have a valid driver’s license, your own car, and current insurance <\/p>\n
Be eligible to work in the U.S. <\/p>\n
Be a non-smoker <\/p>\n
