Reliable, calm and polite housekeeper needed for couple in Westlake. Housekeeper will take care of all daily maintenance (making beds, laundry, dishes, wiping counters, sweeping/vacuuming floors, etc.), as well as the deep cleaning of the home. Housekeeper will be also responsible for organizing and maintaining household supplies. The ideal candidate will be proactive and take initiative, be extremely punctual, and respect the privacy of the employers. Housekeeper would work about one weekend a month to allow weekend staff a break (in place of some of their weekday hours – no more than 40 hours in a week). On those days, they would be responsible for cooking basic breakfasts (no special culinary skills required) of items such as eggs, toast, etc. Both adults work outside the home. There are no children in the home, and the couple has one dog (indoor/outdoor Springer Spaniel). No perfumes, lotions, or scents are allowed in the home due to allergies.
Patient and proactive Family Assistant needed for growing family in north central Austin. Caregiver should be confident and experienced in all aspects of infant/baby care through school-age care, and enjoy interacting with children in all of these ages. Family Assistant will have knowledge of indoor and outdoor age-appropriate, enriching activities that will encourage growth and development. Mom will be home for at least the first year following the upcoming birth of her new baby, so nanny will partner with mom in the care of the children and the home. Candidate will help the boys get ready for school (4- and 5-year-old are in pre-school and kindergarten for the majority of the day in the fall), transport them to school, run errands, prep for dinner, and take care of other household tasks. Family Assistant will pick the kids up from school in the afternoon, transport them to activities, as well as prepare dinner (in cooperation with mom). Dallas family (75238-Whiterock Area) is seeking a Part Time Nanny Manager to care for their 7 year old daughter after school (and potentially their 4 year old son). Daily tasks include picking up their daughter and son from school, developmental/engaging play time, feeding/encouraging healthy meals and snacks, assistance with homework/school assignments, transportation to and from any extra curricular activities and some household errands when time permits and all cleaning pertaining to the children. Nanny will prepare a snack and take care of any household items prior to the children’s arrival (pick up dry cleaning, pick up craft supplies, grocery shopping, tidying common areas). Nanny will walk to pick up the 2 younger children from school (sometimes allowing the children to play on the school playground for a bit), then will arrive home in time to greet older child at the bus stop. The children love to play, and the ideal nanny will love the outdoors. There also may be some driving to/from activities, so an excellent driving record is required. Fort Worth, TX family (76107-Westover Hills) is seeking a Full Time Child Educator/Tutor to assist their seventh and ninth grade girls. They are seeking candidates with 2-5 years of teaching experience, ideally focused on middle or high school. Someone with the relevant grade level experience from Teach for America would also be a plus. The candidate may also have experience as an outside school tutor. Any standardize testing teaching experience is also a plus. Start date will be sometime after spring semester ends in 2020, perhaps July 1st or July 15th. However, some part time work is requested during the Spring of 2020 to get acclimated to the students along with their current tutor who will be leaving in June 2020.
Pay/Hour Information: Total compensation will be increased up to 10-20% over current compensation based on experience, plus full benefits.
- Compensation is based on 12 months of work but unpaid summers off are open for discussion. For those who want 12 months paid salary, candidates can assist the family with their charitable foundation and philanthropic giving or perhaps travel with the family and assist them.
- This individual will work an average of 50 hours per week during the school year with a typical schedule of noon-10pm Sunday-Thursday, but some flexibility is required dependent on school workload, e.g. occasional Friday or Saturday work will be required from time to time during exams or major papers.

The first part of the day will be spent performing household management tasks. The ideal candidate will be organized, proactive and detail-oriented. The nanny will transport children from school to afternoon activities (excellent driving record required), and will engage the children in indoor and outdoor age-appropriate games, play and activities, having fun while maintaining respect and authority in a warm, loving manner. The family has 1 dog, 4 outdoor/garage cats and small livestock such as goats (4). The ideal candidate would be active, tech savvy (able to manage virtual calendars,shared lists, etc), experienced, organized, a self-starter, able to set their own schedule, trustworthy, an animal/nature lover and also have the ability to source and manage outside contractors and household vendors.
