Sweet family in Pearland is looking for a Nanny Manager who can provide excellent care and support to their children, as the family is going through a difficult situation. Their newborn daughter has a heart defect and has had two open heart surgeries, and while Mom does not work outside the home, she will need to spend time at the hospital and caring for the baby. The nanny will provide transportation from school, and to activities within Pearland, and will typically use the family’s van with car seats. The ideal nanny will be a patient, multi-tasker who provides consistency, and is able to connect with each child at his/her level. The afternoon routine will include clearing out lunchboxes, feeding children a snack, supervising homework (or play with younger kids while mom does this), packing lunches for the next day, and engaging the children in stimulating, age-appropriate activities that promote growth and development. Household management duties will include basic tidying, leading children to clean up their toys, making dinner occasionally (simple meals), keeping areas clean and maintained such as common areas, dishes, sweeping kitchen, etc. On the longer night, nanny will take care of the bedtime routine for the younger kids including bathing. Nanny should be proactive, organized and kind. One child has a peanut allergy, so the nanny will have to take appropriate precautions.

- Shifts would be 3 days a week, 12 hours overnight. Schedule could be 7pm-7am or 8pm-8am- clients are flexible.
