  • Loving and engaged with kids, able to form strong connections

FT Nanny in Mansfield (76063) 287/Heritage Pkwy
Family: 176861
Location: Mansfield (76063)
Age(s): 3yo and 1yo
Start Date: ASAP
Days & Hours: Tuesday, Thursday, & Friday; 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Pay Rate (pre-tax): $30/hr.

Benefits:

  • 30 hrs./wk. guaranteed
  • 3 days of sick time
  • 1 week PTO
  • 9 Paid Holidays: New Year’s Day, Good Friday, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day

We are a full-fledged ‘boy house’ and we’re loving it! Choo-choo trains and trucks that go ‘VROOM’ and playing outdoors are what fill our two boys’ days. We are a Mansfield family of four with two boys, ages 3-years-old and almost 1-year-old, and we are looking for a Full-Time Nanny to be with us Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays.

Mom and Dad both work full-time—Mom from home Tuesday and Thursday and Dad working from home on Friday. It’s a bit irregular, but it works for us, and hopefully, you too! We are looking for a professional, caring, attentive teacher for the boys; one who will model patience and trustworthiness with them, and who will really engage with them. Whenever you’re with the boys you will be responsible for snacks and meal prep as needed.

Our oldest goes to school on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9:00 a.m. – 2:30 p.m., so much of your responsibility on those days will be focused on our youngest during these hours. We ask that much of your play be intentional—working on crawling and walking, doing age-appropriate developmental activities with him (such as working on words), and reading to him.
Once big brother is home from school, the boys love to play with one another singing silly songs, chasing outdoors, and making anything with wheels go fast.

On Fridays, both boys will be home all day, so there will be lots of opportunities for brotherly love and special activities together. We’d welcome a brief recap of the day’s events before you leave each day. We’ve also got a Golden Retriever who is extremely gentle and sweet and low maintenance.

The adventures are endless for our two rough-and-tumble boys. They’re fun and daring and imaginative in one moment and snuggle-bugs the next. We can’t wait for you to meet them and work with us to help them become awesome little boys!

Have your weekends and then some as our Nanny for our adorable 26-month-old little boy. We are working parents but need a nanny only Monday through Wednesday currently. But even though it will be a short week with us, we’re looking for you to make a major impact on our son’s growth and development.

We’re not just looking for a nanny…we’re looking for a professional, one who is trained in early childhood development, one who is experienced, and one whom we can sing your praises for a job well done with each passing day. We are asking that you approach each day you’re with us with somewhat of a lesson plan—activities you’ll be focusing on, educational play you’ll be integrating, and outings on the day’s schedule such as the zoo, arboretum, or park. In return, we will graciously value the experience and wisdom that you bring as well as your
consistent dependability.

Our big boy goes to the Child Development Center on Tuesday until 12:30. You will be responsible for arriving early to help get him ready and fed and then dropping him off at ‘school’ no later than 8:55 a.m. We are HUGE on promptness, so plan accordingly. While our son is away on Tuesday, we ask that you take care of his laundry, handle meal prep for him, tidy up and organize his play area, and any other kid-related tasks that need to be taken care of.

He’s smart and kind and easy to love. He loves the outdoors, reading books, and even playing with his pretend vacuum! At day’s end, we’d love a quick report on how the day went, special concerns, and little victories.

This position begins the middle of October but we’re already excited to meet you and begin fostering a relationship with our little family of three.

FT Nanny in Prosper (75078) Preston/Prosper Trail
Family: 176854
Location: Prosper (75078)
Age(s): Newborn and 3-year-old
Start Date: ASAP
Days & Hours: Monday – Friday; Between 9:30 a.m. – 5:30p.m. 32 hours guaranteed
Pay Rate (pre-tax): $25-28/hr.

Benefits:

  • 3-5 days of sick time
  • 10 days PTO
  • 9 Paid holidays: New Year’s Day, Good Friday, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day

We’re a modern family doing our best to raise super kind and caring kids. That means we’re sharing parenting responsibilities with Dad’s former partner and we’re expecting our own little one in the next few weeks. To say we’re in transition is a huge understatement! That’s why we’re looking for a Full-Time Nanny that adapts well to a schedule that’s a little bit unpredictable at least in the beginning.

We are trying to be proactive in making arrangements for our daughter (who is here part-time) and the arrival of a newborn AND mom’s return to school in January 2023. Add to this that dad is a professional athlete with an in-and-out-of-town schedule from July through February, and we’re the first to admit, there are lots of moving parts and lots of varying responsibilities. (That’s in addition to two large breed dogs and a cat!) Still, we’re committed to creating a thriving and loving home for everyone including our new nanny. We are looking for an experienced, organized, and multitasking nanny to help us meet everyone’s needs with kindness, patience, and amazing communication skills. We want you to be an extension of our family, know you’re valued, and looked upon as an integral part in raising our kids for the long term.

My husband’s daughter will need to be picked up from and dropped off at her mother’s house a couple of times during the week as well as on the first, third, and fifth Saturdays of the month. There will also probably be the need for the occasional overnight stay as well.

Both mom and dad will be home as much as possible and ask that you allow them to handle discipline whenever they’re available. Dad’s schedule is somewhat predictable as an NFL player (which will understandably require your signature on an NDA) and Mom’s will hopefully have some regularity once we’re past the first few months of adjusting to a newborn and she begins the spring semester of college classes in January 2023. This is where your flexibility and adaptability will be priceless. Work with us through all the initial adjustments and we promise to fall into as much of a dependable routine as our schedules allow.

The bottom line is this—there’s no housework involved, just the need for a superstar nanny to primarily care for our newborn and provide part-time care for our precious 3-year-old who is only with us part of each week. We’re confident all the other details can be worked out once we get to know and trust one another well. The most important to us is finding a kind and caring nanny who will partner with us to teach and train our kids and help them become all-star little people.

Benefits:

  • 3 days of sick time
  • Family car for driving – lots of driving!
  • 2 weeks PTO (one week family’s choice; one week nanny’s choice
  • 9 Paid holidays: New Year’s Day, Good Friday, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day

If only mom could clone herself, we’d be set! But until science catches up, we need a Full-Time Family Manager to help mom be mom!

We’re a Highland Park family with three really active boys (ages 3-, 5-, and 7-years-old), so you can bet someone always needs a snack, wants to play cars and Lego and wrestle, or needs to burn off some stored-up energy with a fun game of chase—outside!

Ideally, we’re looking for someone who thrives on the sweet and never-ending energy of little boys. There are no tutus, tea parties, or sparkling unicorns anywhere near these three rough-and-tumble little guys.

As a family, we are all active, healthy, and outdoorsy and it’s important that our boys have lots of opportunities to get outside, enjoy some fresh air, and get their wiggles out throughout the day. Our days are filled with lots of fun and adventure whenever possible. Some of the specific’s mom is looking for while kids are in school or napping:

  • run errands
  • let in vendors and supervise
  • plan and coordinate the family calendar alongside mom including play dates, birthday parties, school events, etc.
  • plan additional activities for the kids such as trips to the park, crafts, and special outings
  • coordinate gifts for parties, outfits for special dress-up days at school, and generally stay one step ahead of mom and kids in terms of being prepared
  • laundry (washing, folding, and putting away)
  • load and unload dishwasher, clean-wiping countertops, tables, surfaces.
  • making snacks and dinner prep, packing lunches for school
  • general pick-up of the kids’ play areas including toy rotation

We’ve got a housekeeper three days a week who handles the bulk of the cleaning and are looking to you to mostly keep things clean and orderly on her off days. We are looking for an experienced self-starter who doesn’t require micromanaging and who is intuitive enough to know when to step in and when to step out (as in that oh-so-precious family time). We want you to model kindness but with a relatively firm lead for our little guys. And in our ongoing effort to raise well-mannered gentlemen, we ask that you sprinkle in regular moments of manners,
common courtesies, and opportunities for them to lend a hand with a meal or a task.

Lastly, you must be fully COVID vaccinated to hang with our crew.
It’s a rough-and-tumble household and we’re loving every minute of it—we just need an extra set of hands and a heart for little boys to come alongside mom to handle all the many details of a busy life!

FT Nanny in Dallas (75214) Abrams/Mockingbird
Family: 176849
Location: Dallas (75214)
Age(s): 2yo, 3 months and Newborn
Start Date: ASAP
Days & Hours: Monday – Friday; 11:00a.m. – 5:00 p.m. 30-35 hours/wk. guaranteed
Pay Rate (pre-tax): $30/hr.

Benefits:

  • 12 days PTO (use for vacation or sick days)
  • 9 Paid holidays: New Year’s Day, Good Friday, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day

I am the 55-year-old Grandmother and nanny for my almost-two-year-old grandson, his 3-month-old baby boy cousin, and his newborn brother arriving in November. (NOTE: The newborn will not join the crew to be cared for until mid-to-late January when he is eight weeks old.). I love providing my grandsons with at home care with me, but I want to make sure each one is getting the care and attention he needs.   With 2 boys on hand now and growing to 3 in January, I need a full-time partner.  That’s why I am looking for a Full-Time Nanny to partner with me to care for the growing crew. Creativity is important to us and coming up with creative ways to play and learn will be a great team effort.

It will be a two-person gig—planning and executing a schedule of outings and at home activities, caring for and cuddling with in-between times. Think of it like a partnership—two fun-loving caregivers for our very fortunate children. Grammy and Nanny will coordinate caring for the kids and taking care of a few household errands. During naptimes, one of us might take the opportunity to run a few errands such as grocery shopping, package drop-off/pick-up, dry cleaners, etc., or to handle some basic meal prep.

Our oldest has recently started Montessori school and attends until noon; it can be a coin toss as to who picks him up each day depending on what’s going on with the babies.

Outings will be a breeze with the both of us handling the snacks, the potty breaks, and the car seat finagling. Trips to the Arboretum, zoo, and nearby parks are great opportunities for everybody to get some fresh air and big brother to burn off some energy, too!

Most all days will be 11:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., but you will need to be flexible on some days.

We’d be tickled if, on occasion, you could come back on a weekend to allow the parents a date night and the opportunity to reconnect without talk of diapers, preschool, and sleep schedules.

We are asking for a mid-to-late October start date so that everybody can adjust before the excitement of a newborn in the house takes over and we’re all in baby mode!

  • Have a calming, pleasant disposition
  • Fold baby laundry when the baby is sleeping

Days & Hours: Monday - Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm
Pay Rate (pre-tax): $25-30/hr

Benefits:

  • Accrued vacation time (.83 days/month) – equivalent to 10 days/year – rolls over year to year); employer requests one month’s notice for scheduling
  • Accrued sick leave (1 hour per 40 hours worked – NOT rolled over year to year) – equivalent to just over 6 days/year
  • 8 paid federal holidays – Nanny chooses which federal holidays

  • Engaging the children in indoor and outdoor, age-appropriate play, games, activities, walks, outings, etc. to encourage growth and development
  • Keeping the common areas and children’s areas tidy (load/unload dishwasher, wiping down counters, putting toys away, wash/sterilize bottles, etc.)
  • Running errands (grocery store, post office, etc.) and/or transporting children as needed
  • Meal prep – chopping, washing vegetables, etc. – the children will also participate in housework/meal prep

The nanny will be open to the parenting methodologies employed by the family (less is more; not a lot of toys; don’t overly praise; limit activities), while also bringing their own personality to the position.
Nanny will be:

  • Experienced, confident, and capable in all areas of infant/baby, toddler, and preschool care; experienced independently handle multiple young children at once
  • Build the children’s independence (autonomy, competence, think for themselves) – the family has dishes, toys, etc. at the child’s level, and the nanny will need to be extremely patient (e.g., wait 5 minutes for a child to put their own toothpaste on their toothbrush); Nanny will have children assist her with creative, age-appropriate tasks for meal preparation, laundry, grocery shopping, etc.
  • Willing to read books/literature that is relevant to their parenting philosophy (would be paid for this time)
  • Seeking a long-term position
  • Mutually respectful (Mom was formerly a Nanny and Household Manager so she understands the role, and has expectations based on her own experience)
  • Creative and intelligent
  • An excellent communicator, with a straightforward nature

  • Willing to wear fragrance free products at work – including nanny’s own detergent used to launder their work clothes
  • Be comfortable with an indoor, 4 lb rabbit (in a large crate filled with hay) – when/if children want to play with the rabbit, help take her out and then return to the crate; sometimes the children like to feed or refill her water dish – help/supervise them when they want to do this)
  • Plus, but not required: Montessori or Waldorf background/knowledge
  • Plus, but not required: ability to work two days/week 1-9p instead of 9a-5p

Note: 13-mo-old was born 28 weeks premature, and is still a little “behind” – no major complications but feeding takes a lot of patience as he has an extremely sensitive gag reflex and still does not hold much volume in his stomach at one time.

Dad works full-time in an extremely time-consuming position, and Mom plans to return to work part-time from home.

Location: Dallas (75205)
Age(s): N/A
Start Date: ASAP
Days & Hours: Monday - Friday; 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. or 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

It’s just the two of us…and the dogs! We have two precious French bulldogs who rule the house (and truth be told, us, too!) and we love it that way! We are looking for a seasoned, highly experienced, executive Full-Time Housekeeper to keep our home, laundry, and just about everything else clean and orderly.

We’ll need you to handle the regular day-to-day cleaning responsibilities such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, etc. We’d also ask that you take care of our laundry needs (including changing sheets, towels) and ironing where necessary.

Our home is a smart home with a simple-to-operate system that alerts us when things aren’t working properly, so as repairs and maintenance are needed, we ask that you make the appointments and be our liaison with repairmen.

The dogs require a bit of maintenance themselves and we’ll look to you to meet their needs, too. There will also be regular errands and shopping to manage.

We’ll need your assistance for making simple meals most days. For breakfast, a bagel and fruit are sufficient; for lunch, a sandwich or salad works; and for early dinners, plating leftovers or pulling together the simplest of meals would be great.

Traditionally, we are out of town for five months each year and the house remains amazingly clean! During our absence, we ask that you tackle the deep cleaning projects that are best done when no one is around. We absolutely love returning home to cleaned out closets, refreshed rugs and couches, and sparkling windows.

Our hope is for a long-term association and the wonderful comfort of someone knowing our favorite bagels, caring for our dogs as we do, and helping us to keep our house a warm and welcoming home.

We do travel about 5 months out of the year so you will be keeping the home ready for us when we arrive back home.

FT Nanny in Dallas (75029) Inwood/Lovers
Family: 176776
Location: Dallas (75029)
Age(s): 2-year-old girl (3 older kids in school)
Start Date: ASAP
Days & Hours:  Tuesday – Saturday, preferred, but flexible to be Monday – Friday; 10:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. · 40 hrs./wk. guaranteed
Pay Rate (pre-tax): · $27/hr.  Payment for gas, mileage, and toll tag expenditures!

Benefits:
· 3-5 days of sick time
· 2 weeks PTO; extra PTO in the summer when the family travels
· 9 Paid holidays: New Year’s Day, Good Friday, Memorial Day, Independence Day,
Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day

Our family needs a Full-Time Nanny to begin in September to tend mostly to our youngest during the big kids’ school hours although she goes to school four days a week from 9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.

Our boys are 12-, 10-, and 8-years-old, all-in school full-time and involved in after-school sports and activities. We have someone that picks them up and takes them to after school activities but if she is not available we will need your help.

And the prettiest one of the bunch, our daughter, is their biggest cheerleader at 2-years-old. She’s a tough little princess (with 3 older brothers!) who loves being outside, riding her scooter, and outings to the park. She’s also super-girly, into ballet, gymnastics, and all things frilly.

When everybody is in school, we ask that you devote your time to meal prep of healthy meals, light housekeeping as it pertains to the kids’ laundry, bedrooms, playroom, and the occasional organization of the playroom and/or the kids’ closets. Flexibility is a really big deal to us as we will occasionally need you to stay overnight when we’re out of town or to adjust your daily hours when life gets a little too hectic. We are away most of the summer and would be THRILLED if you could travel with us, though it is not an absolute requirement.

Lastly, we don’t do drama—we like to keep it fun! We are looking for someone with lots of in-the-trenches experience who is ridiculously responsible and has reliable transportation for
shuttling kids. Mom is a stay-at-home mom and is uber-busy most days and will depend greatly on their A+ nanny to handle all the comings-and-goings of ‘the bigs’ and the engagement of the littlest member of our tribe. Dad works out of the home.

There will undoubtedly be smelly socks, a fair amount of boy ‘humor,’ and lots of sports equipment to haul around, but there will also be lots of sweet times with little sister and shared stories that seem to flow most freely on those seemingly ordinary carpool runs. Show up with a handful of snacks and get everybody to practice on time and our crew will be forever grateful!

Location: Frisco (75034)
Age(s): N/A
Start Date: ASAP
Days & Hours: Monday/Wednesday/Friday or Tuesday/Thursday/Saturday.  9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Pay Rate (pre-tax): $28-$35/hr.

  • 3-5 days of sick time
  • 1 week PTO
  • 9 Paid holidays: New Year’s Day, Good Friday, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day

Our lives have been up-ended in the most glorious way—with a newborn! Our house has gone from neat and orderly to a bit messier than we’d like. We wouldn’t change a thing—except maybe knowing where things are, having clean laundry, and yes, lots more cleanliness! To help us return to our pre-baby life of mostly order, we are looking for a Part-Time Housekeeper at our home in Frisco.

Dad works in and out of the home and Mom is a stay-at-home mom but is looking for the flexibility to pursue interests inside and outside the home. Our goal is to get back to that freshly-cleaned home feeling you just know when you walk through the door—that wonderful “Ahhhhhhhh!!!!” feeling of knowing your sheets are clean, the blinds are dusted, the baseboards wiped down, and more. We love freshly swept and mopped kitchen floors, vacuumed rugs, and wiped down countertops. Talk to us in tones of Lysol and Windex and we’ll love you forever!

We’d be overjoyed if you could also help with grocery shopping, occasional errands, and bigger organizational projects as needed (think closet clean-outs and such!). Not to sound too ‘dating app,’ but we are looking for a long-term relationship so come with plans to be a part of our extended family for years to come. Also, we’ve got dogs whom we adore, so if you consider yourself to be ‘a dog person,’ all the better!

The plan is for three days a week—Monday/Wednesday/Friday, Tuesday/Thursday/Saturday, or something we agree works good for everyone. Come quickly—and return us to neat, clean, and happy!

FT Personal Assistant in Southlake (76092) Davis Blvd/114
Family: 176835
Location: Southlake (76092)
Age(s): N/A
Start Date: ASAP
Days & Hours: Monday - Friday; 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.  40 hrs./wk.
Pay Rate (pre-tax): $30-$40/hr,

3-5 days of sick time
2 weeks PTO
9 Paid holidays: New Year’s Day, Good Friday, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day

Busy doesn’t begin to describe my days! So much so, that I need a Full-Time Personal Assistant to be a second ‘me,’ to stand in when I am unavailable, and to act on my behalf whenever necessary.

As a wife, mother, businesswoman, and more, I find myself juggling kids’ activities, social obligations, business responsibilities, and a very busy household. Certainly no complaints—just an SOS for an extra set of hands, eyes, and ears to help meet the needs of our family. We live a fast-paced lifestyle with LOTS of moving parts. One kid needs new cleats, the ice maker is acting wonky, and we’ve got a charity dinner at 8:00 p.m. With so much going on, I am looking for someone who thrives in an energetic environment and is ready, willing, and able to jump in with both feet. See a need? Do what it takes to resolve it. Think another system might work better? I’m all ears.

I need someone to run frequent errands, book travel (and all the accompanying arrangements), manage my constantly-changing calendar, and speak on my behalf to vendors and repairmen. You’ll need to be ‘sharp as a tack,’ a terrific problem solver, and an excellent communicator. It is also important that you understand the urgency this role can sometimes demand and the extreme need for thoroughness—it’s not for the faint of heart! Lots of demands, lots of needs to be met, lots of varied responsibilities. Boredom will never be an issue!

There will also be the need to occasionally pitch in with the kids—pick somebody up, get somebody to a birthday party, oversee their activities when I’m unavailable. I’d be overjoyed if you could even stay overnight on occasion with a bit of advance notice.

Beyond all the comings-and-goings of my day-to-day life, there is also the possibility for growth within other areas of our business. Consider this an entry point to even bigger and better opportunities in the days to come.
In the meantime, come quickly! My calendar is calling!

Full-Time Household Manager in Dallas (75229) Inwood/Royal

Location: Dallas (75229)
Age(s): N/A
Start Date: ASAP
Days & Hours: • Monday - Friday • 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Pay Rate (pre-tax): $60k - $75k annually

Benefits:
• Full benefits including health, dental, and vision insurance
• 3 weeks PTO
• 9 Paid holidays: New Year’s Day, Good Friday, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day

We are looking for a Full-Time Household Manager to be the point person for all things regarding our current household and lawn staff. Our current crew is excellent, top-notch even, but still, there’s lots of coordinating to be done to keep our home and grounds entertaining-ready.

And, if one of our infamous North Texas strong storms blows through, you’ll need to ensure our lawn crew is on hand to clear away branches, twigs, and cluttered flowerbeds.
Inside, outside, and all around the house, it seems there is always a need to be met. We need your eagle-eye attentiveness to see what needs to be done and help our staff execute it.

In your role as Household Manager, you will be responsible for the entire home, lawn, and vehicle maintenance. There will be a regular schedule of errands to run on behalf of the home and our staff, caterers to work with, and event staff to keep an eye on. You’re the overseer, the leader, and the go-to person for making sure all systems are ‘go.’ We’ll look to you to handle personnel concerns, appliance repair and vendor management, and coordination of all the various needs our busy lifestyle has come to require. We also ask that you travel with us to our lake home occasionally to handle household responsibilities there—many of the same tasks but with a prettier view!

Bring your best leadership and supervisory skills to motivate and encourage our current household staff and to provide us with the sweet, sweet security of knowing all things on the home front are in good and gracious hands.

F-L-E-X-I-B-L-E.
I’m not talking yoga, Pilates, or Barre.
I’m talking flexible schedules, flexible availability, and a whatever-it-takes mindset to
become our Part-Time Nanny. In return…full-time pay!

I know it’s a lot to ask—on-call days, weekends, holidays, and a regularly changing
schedule and for that, we are so appreciative. And as is fitting, I will show our tremendous
appreciation by offering compensation WELL ABOVE the actual hours worked.
I have a 2-year-old little boy who is fun, energetic, and oh-so-curious about everything!

I am looking for an experienced part-time Support Nanny to work with and in lieu of our current full-time Nanny Manager. In this position, you will cover the days the Nanny Manager is off, typically 10-15 days a month for five consecutive days that will usually include the weekend.
(For example, Thursday-Monday). This is the norm, however, it is imperative that you be
flexible enough to extend or alter your days due to unforeseen circumstances such as
delayed/canceled flights, illness, or additional work demands.
I do my very best to set the schedule 30-60 days in advance for everyone’s sake, but
inevitably changes are necessary, plans get adjusted, clients need more time. As they say, “It’s always something.” That said, a good mindset would be ‘plan for more; be delighted with less.’
The Nanny Manager will be responsible for our son’s manner of care and you will
receive instructions from her—the processes, the practices, and the schedules. She will provide the direction for you to execute in her absence. In addition to helping my son reach
developmental milestones, it is important that he is exposed to the arts and cultural experiences as he gets older. If you have the heart of a teacher, you’re golden! I am looking for someone with a minimum of 5+ years’ experience as a nanny, preferably with toddlers-to- preschool age children.
I’ll ask for your consent for a background check and your signature on a confidentiality
agreement just for security’s sake. My little guy is at an incredibly cute stage, if I do say so ourselves! He loves his current Nanny Manager but has plenty of love to share with you, too!

· 8 Paid holidays: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day

We’re still in that lovely newborn ‘shock and awe’ phase with our adorable baby girl —shocked that we’re so smitten with this little person; awed by the number of diapers someone so little can go through in a single day!

She is only two months old, and we are loving every second we get to spend with her. However, mom’s maternity leave will run out soon so we are starting the search now for a Full-Time Nanny to step in for mom and dad as they return to their full-time jobs.

Mom & Dad are looking for someone with experience with newborns-into-babies-into-toddlers, as we are hoping this is a long-term, ‘grow-with-us’ partnership – we want our nanny to be a part of our family and nurture and love on our girl like we do!

Our priority is to find a seasoned nanny that is experienced with encouraging little ones to meet developmental milestones by incorporating the appropriate mix of educational activities and sensory play, as well as implementing age-appropriate daytime schedules. There will also be the usual tasks associated with newborns—washing bottles, changing diapers, laundry, linens, and paced-bottle feedings. For now, she naps several times throughout the day, but we know that her naptimes will continually decrease as she gets older—and we can’t wait for all of the fun to come with longer wake windows!

Although her growth and development will be our top priority, during naptimes, we would like assistance with some basic housekeeping tasks, such as light laundry, making the bed in the primary bedroom, loading and unloading the dishwasher, unloading groceries for the week, and keeping her play area and nursery picked up. We do have a housekeeper that comes to our house once a week.

We have a miniature bernedoodle named Harper who is slowly adjusting to her new role as a big sister, so she may need some extra love (or a potty break!) during naptime, too.

Reliability and flexibility are top priorities for us. Just as our employers count on us to show up each day ready to jump in, we ask the same of you. Having a reliable car, being on time, and again, being flexible as our work needs dictate is of the utmost importance to both of us.

Occasionally, one of us will need to travel for work, and we’ll ask for extra-duty—to stay late, for the night, or even a weekend. Now and then we’ll request a date night or Saturday daytime stay to catch up on work, all of life’s errands and other commitments.

She is already growing right before our eyes, and we can’t believe how quickly these first two months have gone by. It’s been such a special time welcoming her into our family, and we’re looking forward to meeting the person who will partner with us to provide our girl the best possible care in the coming months and years!

FT Night Nanny in Frisco, Tx (75036) Lebanon/423
Family: 176834
Location: Frisco, Tx (75036)
Age(s): 3yo
Start Date: November
Days & Hours: Monday – Friday, Sunday if possible; 7:30 p.m. – 7:30 a.m. · November – February 2023
Pay Rate (pre-tax): · $33-$34/hr.

Our kingdom for a night’s sleep! I am a weary but loving parent seeking a Night Nanny to help sleep train our 3-year-old daughter.
She’s sweet as sugar and the light of our lives…but I am crazy exhausted! I’ve read the books, talked to friends, and searched the internet for the sure-fire solution to help our sweet girl find the joy in a full night’s sleep AND the excitement of transitioning to ‘a big girl bed.’ Regrettably, nothing we’ve tried has worked and mom has long-since grown tired and weary.

I am looking for someone with experience sleep training preschoolers well past the traditional transition window. My goals are simple: for the love! –sleep through the night and ditch the crib for a toddler bed. You’ll need a serious dose of patience, kindness, encouragement, and wisdom; humor and endurance would probably also be helpful.

Ideally, I’d love for you to arrive around 7:30-8:00 p.m. to help with bath time and to initiate some kind of nighttime ritual to help set our big girl up for success. I’ll offer up goodnight kisses but from there, it’s all your show. When she wakes, we would love for you to help her get dressed and ready for the day.

Sprinkle the fairy dust.
Read the stories.
Sing the lullaby.
Work your magic and I’ll celebrate the next morning as the once again well-rested parent I aspire to be. I see this as a temporary position as I fully believe you’ll sweep in like a fairy godmother and have my girl sleeping like a champ by February. Though you’ll only be with us a few months (November through February), the potential you have to impact our family in such a positive way is tremendous and we will sing your praises for years to come!

  • 9 Paid holidays: New Year’s Day, Good Friday, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day

We’re the new family in town and we’re on a steep learning curve for all things Texan.

We are recent transplants from Boston to Southlake so everything—home, school, friends, and more! —is new to all of us. We are looking for a warm, welcoming, and experienced Mothers Helper to step in for after-school care.

Our kids, ages 10-, 9-, and 7-years-old, are making the transition well but obviously, still need some afternoon supervision. All of the kids are sweet, fun loving and excite to meet you. Going to a new school, joining new teams, and making new friends—it’s a lot to take on all at once, but they are each finding their way. Mom and dad both work full-time (Mom from home a few days a week) so once the final school bell rings, we need help with all the afterschool/early evening activities and to make sure each kid is ready to roll the next morning.

Your day with our family begins with helping mom with:

  • kids’ laundry
  • running errands
  • grabbing groceries
  • organize and tidy up any child related areas
  • unload and load dishwasher and wipe counters down
  • help manage kids’ schedules

Then when school is out we will need you to pick everyone up at the school bus stop and on to practices, playdates, or home for a snack. By late afternoon, we ask that you have checked backpacks, cleared out lunch boxes, and made sure any homework is complete and returned to its rightful folder, book, or backpack. It’s also very important to us as parents that you keep us in the loop about our kids’ school, sports, and friend situations. Helping us stay well-informed about the comings and goings of their lives is a top priority.

Finally, between tackling homework and afternoon carpooling, we ask that you take care of the kids’ dinner. They’re not especially picky, so kid-friendly cuisine is usually the norm. It takes a fair amount of organization and energy to corral our crew and help us stay on track, so bring your best, experienced self and show us the friendly Texas way of getting things done.
Who knows, we may all be saying, “ya’ll” and “Howdy!” before long!

Don’t be fooled by the size of our home—it’s wonderfully grand, but as is usually the case, we only live and entertain in a portion of it—and that’s why we need our Full Time Housekeeper to come alongside our current part-time housekeeper to keep clean and entertaining ready.

It’s very important to us that you come to our crew with a team mindset and work exceptionally well with others.

We are a Preston Hollow family whose lives are largely focused on our family. We’ve got a loveable dog and five energetic grandchildren who are in and out of the house on a regular basis and we love it! Our daughter is even building a home next door to keep the family get-togethers an ongoing celebration!

Ironing and daily cleaning duties are at the top of our list of needs. Beyond those, many of your other responsibilities would include housekeeping tasks such as tending to laundry, keeping the appliances clean and in good repair, washing the inside windows, and keeping the outdoor furniture sit-down ready.

When the family travels, we may direct your energies to special projects and/or deep cleaning on a regular basis. Special projects are likely to include assistance when we entertain whether it be a handful of guests or hosting a grand soiree.

Regarding deep cleaning, there are all the usual needs to be addressed—baseboard, light fixtures, and all those pesky cabinets, corners, and closets.

For security reasons, we insist on a signed employment contract and allow no photos to be taken of our home or family members. We will begin this position on Oct. 24 and are looking forward to expanding our well-respected and greatly appreciated housekeeping team.

-If you are available to travel with the family, that is a possibility.
-Covid & Flu vaccine required

Full Time Family Manager in Dallas (75205) Knox / 75
Family: 176827
Location: Dallas (75205)
Age(s): 11yo and 8yo
Start Date: ASAP
Days & Hours: Monday - Friday; 7:00 a.m. – 8:00 a.m.; 10:30 a.m. – 6:30 p.m. 40-50 hrs./wk.
Pay Rate (pre-tax): $28-$30/hr. BOE

Benefits:

  • 3 days of sick time
  • 2 weeks PTO
  • 9 Paid holidays: New Year’s Day, Good Friday, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day

It’s not us, it’s her. Our current nanny is taking a leap and leaving for London very soon. We’re over-the-moon excited for her and her grand adventure, but also dreadfully sad to see her leave. Cheerio, sweet friend!

But the silver lining of it all?

We have an opportunity for a take-the-reins, handle-the-details, uber-organized Full- Time Family Manager to come alongside our family to help with all the scheduling, coordinating, and planning ahead our busy, family of four needs to be our best. Here are the highlights of what we’re needing (but certainly not limited to!) –

  • Grocery shopping
  • Household errands as needed such as dry cleaners, package pick-up, etc.
  • Make appointments for the kids and dogs and get each appropriate party to their
  • appointments on time
  • Help with travel arrangements
  • Have the ability to travel most of the summer months with the family
  • Put up/take down seasonal decorations
  • Car maintenance
  • Meal prep and some cooking
  • Create and maintain various family-oriented spreadsheets (schedules, activities, travel, etc.)
  • Managing all of the families schedules

We are a detail-oriented family. We are calendar-driven and spreadsheet friendly. We’ve found we all do our best when we know who needs to be where, what equipment and/or preparation is needed, and any other specifics that would be helpful to know in advance.

Keeping us organized and expertly scheduled will earn you super-hero status with our crew! Our weekend to bring snacks to the big game? Buy ‘em, pack ‘em, and ice down the cooler. (And make sure the jersey is clean and the cleats are packed!)
A glitzy social engagement for mom and dad? Make sure his tux is cleaned and pressed, shoes polished, and cuff links at the ready; for her, it’s all about ensuring the dress, shoes, jewelry, and clutch are all party-ready. Yes, it’s a crazy gamut of responsibilities, but it’s always interesting and leaves little time for the mundane.

Our schedule ‘ask’ is a bit unconventional, too. We’d love for you to be here to get the kids up, fed breakfast, and out-the-door ready for school. This would typically be from 7:00 a.m.– 8:00 a.m. Once they’re out the door, you’re free until 10:30 when we ask you to return to tend to general tidying up, household shopping and errands, meal prep, and/or cooking.

The kids (ages 11- and 8 years old) have their own busy schedules. Some days they’ll just need picking up from school and home for snacks; other days they might ride with someone else or have after-school plans. Whether it’s play practice, soccer practice, or a birthday party, we do our best to trade off with other parents going to the same activities and practices but will need your best carpooling efforts some days.

Again with the schedule—we’d absolutely love it if you were available for the occasional date night or weekend stay. Traveling with us in the summer is heavy and we would need you to come with us! We will provide a car for use while handling family responsibilities. And because we value our privacy so very much, we ask that you sign an NDA before your first day.

We are a fun and busy family—sometimes all of us going in different directions at
once! —and we are in need of the sweet stability of a well-kept home to return to each day.

We are looking for a Part-Time Housekeeper with a terrific can-do attitude and cooperative spirit to help all our days run just a little bit smoother.
As a crew, we make all the usual messes—dishes, laundry, dirty floors, and messy bathrooms—all the hot spots families get dirty. For these everyday basics, we ask that you handle them in a tip-top manner. Occasionally there may be a special project that we’ll need your help on and will ask that you jump in for whatever is needed.

We’re big on communication within our family, so if you see a need to be met, handle it or let us know and we’ll repay the kindness with you. We firmly believe little issues stay little issues when we all freely communicate with one another.

And here’s the really great news—we are flexible as to which days and hours work best for you and us. We’ll talk, trade calendars, and set a schedule that’s best for all. The enjoyment of a well-kept home, clean clothes, and a touch of organization is such a gift to our family because it allows us to focus on what matters most—time together. Have your previous clients enjoyed your culinary creations and come back for seconds? Do they rave about your dinners to their friends?

Do you have a culinary repertoire of everything from gluten-free to vegan to full-on pot roast?

If so, we need you, your chef’s apron, and your best expertise to come and cook for our busy, busy family. The kids are in school but need quick and yummy breakfasts; most of them will want to take their lunches which will make them the envy of the cafeteria. Mom and dad would love simple and grabbable lunches such as wraps, salads, and sandwiches.

Our tastes are pretty simple and naturally, we all have our preferences. Overall, we want delicious and generally healthy options for all our meals. We ask that, as you get to know us better, you take note of who likes what and which dishes we can pass on. There will be family celebrations and nights with just the kids at the table but we’ll do our best to sync our schedules as far in advance as possible.

We are looking for someone with a fair amount of experience as a personal, in-home chef—someone who understands kids and their limited tastes, someone who can sneak a few veggies into the pasta, and someone who has blended in with family dynamics in the best of ways.

We’ve settled into a routine with the start of school, so that has brought some regularity throughout the day during school hours, but there are always lots of comings and goings in the afternoon. After-school snacks are always welcome.

For dinner, we do our best to all come together and eat. Sitting down to a delicious and already prepared dinner is a glorious way to reconnect each night—something we treasure dearly.

We’re ready for you to start immediately! So, start your grocery list, make the menus, and
we’ll show up hungry!

FT Housekeeper in Dallas (75225) NWHWY/Hillcrest
Family: 176816
Location: Dallas (75225)
Start Date: ASAP
Days & Hours: · Monday – Friday; 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Pay Rate (pre-tax):  $26-$32/hr.

 Benefits:
· 3 days of sick time
· 2 weeks PTO
· 9 Paid holidays: New Year’s Day, Good Friday, Memorial Day, Independence Day,
Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day

We’re a fun and fast-moving crew and sometimes we can be a bit messy. There are meals
and snacks and games and crafts and toys and more!

Don’t get us wrong—we’re certainly working on keeping things orderly and generally
picked up, but with four kids (seven and under) and two 10-year-old Rottweilers, it can be a full-
time job just to keep the house orderly and everyone in clean clothes.
That’s why we need a stellar, crazy-about-cleanliness Full-Time Housekeeper to tend to
the crumbs, the dust bunnies, and all the usual messes that can come with a busy family with lots
of young kids, both working parents, and two big dogs. The kids are cared for by a full-time
nanny, so our housekeeper can focus on just the details of keeping our home gloriously clean and
well kept.

We are seeking someone with experience in two specific areas—caring for and cleaning
high-end interiors and clothing and in working with large families and their large homes. Our
current home is a temporary residence (probably for the next two years) until construction is
complete on our new home.

Mom and dad both work from home most of the time and stay busy throughout the day.
A typical day would include cleaning the bathrooms, the floors, and lots of laundry because,
believe us—we can crank out the dirty clothes like pros! Much of mom and dad’s clothes will
require you to take them to the dry cleaners. Keeping the pantry and fridge stocked is also a
mighty effort—somebody is always hungry! —so we’ll need you to grocery shop regularly in
order to keep everyone’s tummy full and to keep cleaning products in ample supply!
When all that is complete (whew!), and as time allows, we ask that you organize drawers,
cabinets, and closets that have become disheveled over time. As appointments are needed from
third-party maintenance and repair personnel, you will be responsible for scheduling and
overseeing their work in the house and outside. About the outside—we kindly ask that you
handle the dogs’ daily ‘deposits’ in the yard to prevent any tracking into the house.
The end goal is to keep the house ‘party ready’ so that we are comfortable inviting others
in at a moment’s notice for a meal or just a visit. Bring your best professional self, add in a fair
amount of intuitiveness in terms of staying ahead of the household needs, and a self-starting
attitude and we’ll have a partnership made in Spic ‘n Span heaven!

Full Time Nanny in Dallas (75246) Gaston/Fitzhugh
Family: 176810
Location: Dallas (75246)
Age(s): 2yo and 3yo
Start Date: ASAP
Days & Hours: Monday – Friday; 11:30 a.m. – 7:30 p.m.; though we are flexible and may also ask for the occasional date night
Pay Rate (pre-tax): $27-$28/hr.

Benefits:

  • 3 days of sick time
  • 2 weeks PTO after 90 days of employment and with adequate advance notice; one week to be nanny’s choice; the other at the family’s choosing
  • 9 Paid holidays: New Year’s Day, Good Friday, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day

We are looking for a Full-Time Nanny excited to help us in caring for our 3- and 2-year-old kids during the workday. The kids are energetic, inquisitive, and love playing outdoors. Our youngest loves practical play, books, dolls, and swimming and our oldest is a big fan of sharks, boats, scuba diving, and learning about all the creatures of the sea. We are a screen-free family, so there are lots of opportunities to explore outside and discover all the wonders of nature. We also have family passes to the zoo, the arboretum, several museums, and a nearby pool, so there’s never a lack of entertaining and educational venues to visit throughout the week.

Our kids thoroughly enjoy arts and crafts—anything involving pipe cleaners, construction paper, and crayons is a sure-fire winner to keep them creating and learning at the same time. They’re also really into imaginative play and love to hear stories, play lots of make-believe, and love for others to read to them.

If you’re familiar with the Montessori learning method, that would be a huge bonus as we’re working towards growing reliable and respectful kids who are confident in their abilities to think through a challenge and problem solve like a champ!

Your day would begin a bit later than usual by picking up the kids from Montessori at 11:30 a.m. We ask that you handle the children’s laundry, meal prep, and tidying up, and have a ‘plan-ahead’ schedule of upcoming days and their respective activities. We would love someone that can take the kids to do fun activities during the day, mom might even join you sometimes.

But more than anything, we want our Nanny to fully engage with the kids, be intentional about educational play, and honor our existing schedule as much as possible. Our whole family is looking forward to forming a trusting relationship with you and all the adventures that await!

Zoom calls, conference calls, and all the other necessities of modern-day working from home—we know them all too well! Mom works part time and dad works full time from home, but we need someone to partner with us in caring for our kids when work responsibilities take priority over play-doh parties!

FT Chef in Southlake (76092)

  • 2 weeks of paid time off per year

We’re on a mission to eat a bit healthier and have great tasting food at the same time. We’re not health fanatics—by any means! —just looking for overall good meals to satisfy and fuel us at the same time.

We are a Southlake family with older children, and we all work in and out of the house–somebody is always coming and going and grabbing a bite as they head out the door. However, we’re all wanting to eat somewhat balanced meals and have this crazy notion of sitting down to dinner together each night. That’s why we’re looking for a Full-Time Family Chef to expand our culinary horizons and take the prep work out of all our meals.

We want someone with a vast recipe file that capitalizes on the freshest of the fresh in season. Bushels of corn straight from the farmer’s market? Bring it on. The sweetest peaches of the season? Sounds delish! Overall, our preference is for mainstream fruits and veggies—think corn, potatoes, green beans, tomatoes, peaches, plums, and all the berries! Whatever is fresh, in abundance, and within your recipe repertoire sounds like a winner to us. You will have completely free reign as to what to purchase, prep, and present. We’ll graciously try any and
everything you make—at least once! For your part, we ask that you make note of who loved what and who politely passed on a second serving. Every meal will be a chance for us to get to know one another just a little bit better. Before long, we’ll have our own personal fan favorites and be clamoring for Friday frittatas or Tuesday tacos.

We ask that breakfast be ready by 8:30 a.m. and lunch by noon and both meals have pick-up-and-go options (think wraps, portable salads, muffins, and more). Dinner is early and should be ready at 5:00 p.m. As part of all the planning and prep, we ask that you keep your domain—the kitchen—clean and sanitized and keep our supplies stocked and appliances in good working order.
We are so excited to welcome you to our kitchen and look forward to tasting and trying and thoroughly enjoying what you prepare for our crew.

PT Nanny in Mckinney (75072) Coit/WestRidge
Family: 176761
Location: Mckinney (75072)
Age(s): 8yo and 3yo
Start Date: ASAP
Days & Hours: Monday – Friday; 2:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. when mom is in town; live-in 24/7 care when mom travels usually 3-5 days a month
Pay Rate (pre-tax): $25-$28/hr.

Benefits:

  • 25 hours guaranteed
  • 3-5 days of sick time
  • 2 weeks PTO
  • 9 Paid holidays: New Year’s Day, Good Friday, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day

Sleep in and show up later in the day as our Part-Time/Sometimes-Full-Time Nanny Manager. The hours needed (2:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m.) may be a bit unconventional but they’ll allow you so much freedom for morning errands, sleeping in, lunch with friends, or more. Our kids, an 8-year-old and a 3-year-old will be in school until 4:00 on school days, so we’re looking for someone to come at 2:00 to tend to household responsibilities before the fun of after-school activities becomes the priority.

The housekeeping is nothing out of the ordinary—mostly just keeping things picked up, wiped down, and swept up. Keep us in clean clothes and clean sheets and the pantry and fridge well-stocked and we’ll sing your praises! Outside of the house, there will be errands such as drop-off/pick-up of dry cleaning, grocery shopping, package pick-ups, and occasionally pick-ups for our miniature goldendoodle at doggie daycare.

Once you pick up the kids (in a provided car), the focus shifts to them. We’re looking for a balance of both indoor and outdoor playtime that’s creative and stimulating and all-around fun! Imaginative play, outdoor discovery, and engaging crafts are all big hits with our two. You’ll be our point person for playdates, birthday parties, and any other after-school activity that requires parent or guardian involvement.

Mom will work with you regarding meal planning and prep as it will likely be a collaborative effort—you chop this; she’ll mix that—working towards a good and healthy dinner for all. Speaking of mom, she usually arrives home around 5:30, so there will be some overlap of yours and her time to help orchestrate the whole dinner/bath time/bedtime evening routine.

So, about the sometimes-full-time requirement—as we’re a single parent household, when Mom travels (usually once a month for 3-5 days at a time), she needs full-time/live-in childcare and someone to serve as her on-site emergency contact. The overall responsibilities remain the same just with the addition of getting the kids ready for and delivered to school.

We’re looking forward to meeting the newest member of our household and welcoming you to our family.

Part Time Nanny Manager in Lantana (76226)
Family: 176384
Location: Lantana (76226)
Age(s): 1yo
Start Date: August 8th
Days & Hours: Monday – Friday 8:00 a.m. – 1:00 PM or 2:00PM 25-30 hours/wk.
Pay Rate (pre-tax): $28-$30/hr.

Benefits:

  • 3-5 days of sick time
  • 2 weeks PTO (1 week of nanny’s choosing; 1 week to best accommodate the family)
  • 9 Paid holidays: New Year’s Day, Good Friday, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day

We are a fun-loving Lantana family that fully embraces the Montessori mindset in all that we do—so much so, we own a local, private Montessori school in the area. We are looking for a Full-Time Nanny Manager to partner with us in caring for our 1-year-old son and to keep things running smoothly on the home front as well. We place a high priority on a thoughtfully prepared and highly organized environment that allows all of us to thrive. But don’t let this scare you, we are not looking for a  Montessori professional, we will show you the way!

Most days mom will be home and is looking for someone to assist with caring for her son, but also to have the intuition not to interrupt their time together and to tend to other responsibilities during these special times. Some days mom will step out and run errands or tend to school matters; other days she’ll ask that you handle the errands for her. Household tasks include preparing simple, healthy meals, family laundry, light housekeeping, and keeping the nursery stocked with all the essentials.

We’re an overall pretty healthy-minded crew who enjoys the outdoors and exercise and want to pass this love of all things nature on to our son as well. It is also important that we work together to establish healthy daily rhythms for sleep, eating, and lots of developmental playtime. Safety is a big deal to us and so keeping a constant watch over our son when you’re in charge is the top priority over everything else. (And if you’re a babyproofing whiz, we’ll be forever grateful!)

And here’s the bonus for just the right candidate…your child(ren) can attend our Montessori school at only 25% of the standard cost—that’s a huge deal if we do say so ourselves! We are planning for the long-term and want our Nanny Manager to do so, too. We’ll need you to bring your ‘A game’ as our personal and administrative executive assistant. We are a family business who operates mostly from our home base so that’s where you’ll work most of the time. You need to know going on, the offices are upstairs (two grand staircases), so climbing stairs (sometimes carrying packages up to 30 lbs.) mustn’t be an issue. (Think built-in cardio!). As far as dress, we’re a conservative group, so please no bare shoulders, knees, or chest—just trying to keep it classy in the workplace!

Naturally, we’ll need you to be comfortable (think intermediate-to-advanced level) with many of the workplace software programs—Excel, Microsoft Office, QuickBooks, and more on both PCs and Macs. And experience is a must, a minimum of five years—either as an administrative assistant in an office setting or working for owners such as ourselves in family-owned businesses. Of chief importance is communication—both verbally and written. As a representative of both our business and our family, you’ll need to be top-notch.

We travel for work and for leisure and as such, our itineraries can sometimes be a bit complicated. We’ll need you to be a whiz at handling all the details to make our trips as seamless as possible. Along with our travel comes lots of coordination of our calendars—knowing who is going where, what they’ve got booked for next Wednesday, and can they make a meeting Monday at 9 a.m. There’ll be a bit of accounting too—things like reconciling and managing business and personal insurance policies, bank accounts, and credit cards. The A/R and A/P may need a bit of tallying from time to time too. All the numbers, all the accounts!

Beyond the business responsibilities, we’ll need a bit of help in terms handling and coordinating our personal and home-related tasks. Things like running errands, managing home projects (being the contact person for and handling quotes and contracts with repairmen, interior decorators, landscapers, etc.), and maybe even returning a dress that didn’t work out.

And now the biggie—flexibility! (And we’re not talking Pilates-style flexibility!) It is absolutely imperative that your schedule be flexible enough to accommodate our manager’s busy days and nights. Here’s what that looks like – being on-call evenings, Sundays, and the occasional holiday; available to travel as needed to family homes in Miami and NYC, and even open to working from your home from time to time.

It’s a lot—we know! But it is also a rewarding opportunity to become a highly valued and integral member of our business and our family. We’ve got lots of comings and goings and we need the grandest orchestrator of them all to keep the family business and the family! running as smoothly as possible.

Hours & Schedule:

  • Monday- Friday
  • 40 weekly hours generally, but flexibility is an absolute MUST
  • Must be able to work flexible hours congruent with manager’s schedule and needs
  • Must be on-call for evenings, Sundays and some holidays, as needed
  • Must be able to work from home, as needed
  • Must be available to travel, as needed, to assist in family homes in Miami, FL, and New York, NY

Pay & Benefits:

  • $35-$40/hr.
  • 16 days PTO (PTO can be used for vacation, sick time, and any other personal time off)
  • Medical, Dental, Vision and 401k
