We’ve got kids coming and going, crawling and running, and everything in between and are looking for a fun, engaging, and very energetic Full-Time Mother’s Helper. You’ll need to be a team player, flexible, and able to play with a broad age range of kids.

Dad works out of the home and travels frequently; mom is very involved in the community, school committees, and volunteer work, and the kids are ages 9-, 6-, 4-, and almost 1-years-old. Our oldest son, is involved in soccer, baseball, and golf. Next, our daughter is all in for soccer and cheer. Our preschooler attends ‘school’ Monday-Thursday, 9 a.m. – 2 p.m. and Friday, 9 a.m. – noon. The baby will soon begin going to preschool two days a week.

Mom usually takes the two big kids to school. With a crew this size, there is always laundry, sheets, and towels to be washed, folded, and put away. Most of your efforts during the school day will be focused on assisting mom, playing with our preschooler and baby, and taking them on outings to places such as the park or Little Gym. After taking care of lunch for the two youngest, there will be games to play and fun to be had until school is out.

When the big kids return from school it is time to regroup and get ready for whatever is on the schedule for the day. This involves helping them dress for soccer, ballet, and basketball, emptying their backpacks, and making sure homework gets done. We also have a college-aged girl come and help with dinner, baths, and bedtimes each day from 4:30 p.m. – 8:30 p.m., so there’s late afternoon assistance.

Overall, it is important to us for you to be someone who truly enjoys playing with our kids rather than just watching them play and that you are able to engage with each one. We are looking for someone with initiative and who doesn’t need to be micromanaged and someone who sees a need and handles it. Flexibility is extremely important as all our schedules involve lots of moving parts, so we ask that you also be able and willing to accommodate changes as needed.

We are looking for someone with a minimum of five years’ experience, someone who can travel with our family (with plenty of notice), and who is looking to become a beloved extended family member. We’re a handful—a handful of love and activity and fun—and we’re looking to add to our team.

Sandwiches anyone? We’re a multigenerational family with Grammie in her 70s, a 2- year-old toddler, and mom and dad smack in the middle of this three-generation sandwich we call our family. Because of the broad age ranges present in our home, we are needing a Full- Time Live Out OR Live-In Nanny/Caregiver to help with the needs of both our youngest and oldest family members.

To be clear, our toddler is the top priority as Grammie is mostly self-sufficient. She may need the occasional help with snagging a top button or a gentle reminder to take her medication, but mostly you would be a friendly presence (who’s also available for help when needed) in her daily life. Take her on your outings to the store and she’ll be your best friend.

Our toddler is active and makes a mean ‘VROOOM, VROOM’ sound for all his cars,
trucks, and trains. Anything with wheels he can make go, “fast, faster, fastest” is his jam. If it says ‘Tonka’ on the side, you can bet he has it or wants it. Mapping out imaginary roads and roadblocks, incorporating a bit of educational play, and handling his meals, snacks, and nap are most of the day’s responsibilities. It’s important to note, our little guy has some serious food allergies, so you must be super vigilant about what he eats. As you’re able, we’d ask that you
keep the family laundry going throughout the week and tend to some light housekeeping tasks such as wiping down sticky surfaces and picking up play areas by day’s end.

Dad travels quite regularly and mom is a teacher, so both are mostly gone during the day. As both put in full and demanding days, your help taking care of basic meal prep for dinner will earn you stars in your crown and a superhero cape for the day (plus loads of appreciation from all the hungry campers!).

Mostly, we are looking for someone called to serve and able to form a trusting
relationship with a respected elder and an inquisitive toddler. We need you to be ‘a doer,’ a go- getter, and someone who takes initiative rather than waiting to be told every specific. We are a fun and friendly family, we love our mealtimes together, and squeeze in a family game night whenever possible. We’d love the live-in option if possible as that could meet our occasional needs for evening and/or weekend care.

We’re looking for a fun, flexible, and kid-loving Part-Time and temporary Mother’s Helper and Nanny. We’ve got a couple of high-energy little ones—ages 3- and 1-years-old—so we are requesting someone who is uber-passionate about caring for kids and who has experience with babies. This is for a six-month position. Our oldest is in Montessori school Monday through Friday, so most of your involvement with her will be early morning helping her to get ready for school. The youngest will be your primary charge most days. You will need to make breakfast for the girls each morning.

Between playtimes and naptimes, we ask that you tackle some of the basic household responsibilities such as the family laundry, dishes, take out trash and tidying up the play areas. Beyond that, you’re in charge of pretend tea parties, imaginary backyard adventures, and any educational play you can work in with our youngest. Both girls are a total delight, easy to get along with, and super fun to engage with, so most days should be active and easy-going.

Dad works from home approximately 40% of the time and mom somewhere around 20% of the time. The schedule we are requesting is a bit unconventional, but we are flexible to some extent and consider the right dynamic caregiver for our girls to be the top priority.

In addition to our regularly scheduled hours, we’d be oh-so-delighted to have the occasional Saturday night out depending upon your availability.

We’re looking forward to working with you in overseeing our girls’ daily care. Our hope is for a fun and fulfilling partnership.

Schedule:

  • Monday – 7:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.

  • Tuesday – 7:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.

  • Thursday – 7:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.

  • Friday – 4:30 p.m. – 9:00 p.m.

  • Saturday – 1 Saturday a month; 7:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.

  • 35 hrs./wk. guaranteed

  • We’re also open to doing date night on a Thursday night or a Saturday as well. So maybe 2 Friday nights a month, a Thursday night & a Saturday night.

Family: 176929
Location: Dallas (75205)
Age(s): N/A
Start Date: 12/01/2022
Days & Hours: Monday – Thursday OR Friday; specific days and hours to be determined by mutual agreement 30 hrs./wk.
Pay Rate (pre-tax): $30-$35
  • 2 weeks PTO
  • 9 Paid holidays: New Year’s Day, Good Friday, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day

We are a transplanted New York family looking for a Full-Time Housekeeper with some famous Texas hospitality. Overall, we’re relatively low maintenance as our three children are mostly grown or well on their way as young adults. Our oldest works in New York and returns for family visits and holidays; our middle daughter is away at college but will be home over the summer, and our youngest daughter is in high school. Dad works full-time and mom is considering a part-time option.
All that to say, some days your most talkative company will be our two miniature Dachshunds who only ask to be let in and out throughout the day and hopefully taken on a quick walk up and down the street on their tiny legs!
Most of the housekeeping responsibilities are pretty routine keeping the hardwood floors swept and clean, dusting, making sure the bathrooms are regularly wiped down, and the kitchen clean and orderly. We ask that you take care of the family laundry and ironing as needed including shirts, pants, and bed linens. We’ve got a screened-in patio that calls for occasional maintenance, usually sweeping, wiping down the patio furniture, and general straightening.
As your schedule allows, we would like you to develop a schedule of deep-cleaning projects just to keep things like closets cleaned out, the silver sparkling, and the trusty fridge thoroughly cleaned out. If you’ll keep a running list of products needed, we’ll make it a priority to always keep you well-stocked with whatever you need.
Mostly, we are looking for a hardworking individual who is honest, trustworthy, and a self-starter. All of our family is in and out a lot, so knowing you are so diligently working to help keep our home and clothes in tip-top shape is so greatly appreciated. We’re flexible if you want to tackle everything in four days a week or if you’d prefer five as we trust that you know what is best for your schedule and get everything done in a timely manner.
Come and educate our crew on all things Texas and we’ll extend our warmest welcome!

Full Time Nanny in Garland (75044) George Bush/E Brand Rd
Family: 176882
Location: Garland, TX
Age(s): 4-, 2-, and almost 1-year-old
Start Date: ASAP
Days & Hours: Monday - Friday; 10:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
Pay Rate (pre-tax): $28-$30/hr. (BOE)

Benefits :

  • 2 weeks PTO
  • 9 Paid holidays: New Year’s Day, Good Friday, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, the day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas

Come quick! We are needing a Full-Time Nanny for our three little ones ASAP!

With three tiny people four years and younger, mom and dad are outnumbered AND trying to work full-time from home at the same time. There are nap times, school times, meal times, and more and we are looking for a kind and compassionate nanny to care for our 4-, 2-, and almost 1-year-old as soon as you can start.

Our oldest is in school until 3:30 every day, so much of your time will be spent with ‘the littles.’ Mom or dad handles pick-up from school for a little mid-day break and some one-on-one time. Caring for our two youngest involves lots of outdoor play whenever possible, singing silly songs, reading together, and fun and imaginative make-believe. Mom and dad each have a separate workspace in the home and will likely take breaks throughout each day for a bit of
playtime.

We ask that (between giggles and games or possibly at naptime) you take care of simple household responsibilities such as picking up play areas, keeping the kitchen orderly, or even running the occasional household errand. Basic meal prep for the kids would be greatly appreciated.

We have a part-time nanny whose time will overlap with you for roughly two hours
a day, so childcare can become a team effort—twice the nannies for double the fun!

Ideally, we would like for you to create a simple lesson plan for each week to encourage a bit of structured developmental activities for each of the kids throughout the day. Add in a trip to the zoo, some arts and crafts, and snacks on the patio and you’ll have a full and fun day with our trio.

If you’re bilingual in Spanish, it would also be muy bueno, but definitely not a
requirement.

PT Nanny Manager in Southlake (76092) Hwy 114/Dove Rd
Family: 176831
Location: Southlake (76092)
Age(s): 10-, 9-, and 7-years-old
Start Date: ASAP
Days & Hours: Schedule in Job Description.
Pay Rate (pre-tax): $28-$30/hr.
  • 3 days of sick time
  • 2 weeks PTO
  • 9 Paid holidays: New Year’s Day, Good Friday, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day
  • Christmas Bonus based on performance
We are recent transplants from Boston to Southlake. We are loving everything Texas and looking for a fun, organized, and experienced Nanny for after-school care.
Our kids, ages 10-, 9-, and 7-years-old, are warm and social. They have adjusted to new schools, new sports teams and the new neighborhood well. Mom and Dad both work full-time (Mom from home two days a week). We need help with homework, after-school activities and getting organized to make sure each kid is ready to roll the next morning.
Your day with our family begins with helping with:
  • kids laundry
  • running errands (occasionally)
  • putting away groceries
  • organize and tidy up any child related areas
  • unload and load dishwasher and wipe counters down
  • help manage kids schedules
  • Gift wrapping and other household items (occasionally)
Then when school is out, we will need you to meet everyone at the school bus stop, oversee/help with homework, engage in some fun activities or drive to sports practices. By early evening, we ask that you have restocked backpacks with snacks/waters, made sure homework is complete and prepared the kids’ dinner. They’re not especially picky, so kid-friendly cuisine is usually the norm. It takes a good amount of organization, communication and energy to corral our crew and help us stay on track, so bring your best, experienced self and show us the friendly Texas way of getting things done.
Schedule:
  • Monday – Thursday; 2:00 p.m. – 6:30 p.m. and Friday; 3:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m. (occasionally later if parents’ work schedule demands). Mom and dad would love a date night once a month.
  • 20hr week guaranteed (opportunities for more hours during school vacations, summer break, date nights and if Mom/Dad are traveling for work)
  • Covid vaccine preferred but not required

We are very excited to welcome our baby girl to the world at the end of December! We like to have a fun time and keep a busy schedule, so we are seeking an energetic, fun-loving nanny for our new daughter in the new year. So long yoga pants and sweatshirts! The bosses have called and need us to at least make the occasional appearance in the office. Mom and dad are both working professionals who have been oh-so-happy working full-time from home, but those pesky bosses of ours are asking for some sort of return to normalcy and that means actually coming to the office now and then. Because of this, we are finding ourselves in need of a Full-Time Nanny for our adorable 1 year old son.

We’re first-time parents, so we’re learning all the things in real time—lots of trial and error and lots of snuggles and kisses, too. More than likely one of us will be at home when the other is at the office, but there may be the occasional times when we’re both gone. Our big boy is so, so observant and engaging and we want to seize these early days when he takes in everything around him. As such, we want someone who can incorporate educational and developmental play into silly songs, imaginative play, and lots of creativity.

We ask that you have a generally calm demeanor and are ridiculously dependable and reliable. During naptime for our little guy, bottle prep and laundry are about the only things on the agenda. We’re in the Northlake/Argyle area and may ask for the occasional date night out pending your availability.

We are looking to begin what will hopefully be a long-term relationship with our nanny and all the firsts that sure to follow. We know you’ll have a huge impact on our family and can’t wait to get this friendship started.

We are looking for someone to start ASAP, the latest, the week of Nov 28th.

Schedule:

  • Monday – Friday
  • M, W, F: 9am-1pm (4hrs) or 1-5pm (4 hours)

  • willing to do rotational Fridays (every other Friday if candidate would like)
  • approx. 30 hrs./wk. with potentially up to 40 hrs. a week
  • one date night a month & occasional weekends

Christmas is coming early to our house this year and we can’t wait!

We are expecting our third child late-November/early-December to join 5- and 3-year-old siblings and be the sweetest bundle under the Christmas tree ever! The big kids go to school all day, so we are needing a Full-Time Nanny primarily for our newborn beginning late-January/early-February.

Mom is a teacher and dad is in the finance world. Our family is next level relaxed so naturally; we’re looking for a similarly chill nanny to ease into the full-time care of Baby #3.

We’ll need help with all the many needs a newborn requires—bottles prepped and ready to go, the staggering amount of laundry such a tiny person can generate, and just overall pick-up throughout the day of all the baby paraphernalia that seems to multiply each day. We live on the ‘M’ streets and have a lovely park nearby that’s a quick and easy escape for getting out of the house and discovering new and exciting things like sunshine, birds, and making new friends. It’s literally a breath of fresh air that has served our family so very well.

We know those first few months with babies are times of such wonder and amazement and we’re here for it. The excitement in our family grows by the day for all the baby snuggles, crooked grins, and precious coos and giggles we know are coming our way. If you’re like us and have a soft spot for the littlest of the littles, our family may be just the right fit for you!

We’ve got the sweetest bundle of 6-month-old joy and we’re looking for Part-time

Nanny to come for all the precious and exciting days ahead.

Both mom and dad work away from the house and our sweet pea is in daycare until 1:00p.m. each day. We’ll need you to pick her up and tend to all the afternoon and early evening baby care responsibilities. This naturally includes bottle feedings, playtime, story time, and lots of baby love in-between times. She’ll take an afternoon nap during which we ask that you keep current on her laundry, bottle cleaning and prep, and general pick-up of her play area. After naptime and some afternoon play, she’ll need dinner.

The hours will remain relatively consistent with the exception of mom’s rotating on-call schedule as a veterinarian surgeon. Monday through Wednesday and Friday are constants; Mom is off every other Thursday and is on-call one weekend a month for 12-hour shifts. Thursday arrangements and/or days off will be arranged in advance. When dad is available, he will cover the weekend, but there may be occasions when he is unavailable and will need your help.

As animal lovers, we’ve already got two low-maintenance indoor cats and may be
acquiring two medium-to-large dogs in the future. We’ve got an automatic dog door, so again, their care would be nothing more than refilling water bowls or sometimes feeding them dinner if we’re running late.

We’d love for you to have experience in infant care, the kindest of hearts, a safe driving record, and a calling to invest in our firstborn. Beyond that, we are a warm and friendly little family that is excited to partner with you in our daughter’s day-to-day care.

Dad’s schedule will be finalized each month and will be out of town between 2-5 evenings a week and mom will need additional help.

Schedule:

  • Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, & Friday; 1:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m.
  • Mom is off every other Thursday, so this will be arranged on an as-needed basis
  • Mom is on-call one weekend every other month, 8:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m. This will also be arranged on an as-needed basis
  • 24 hrs./wk. guaranteed; probably more

FT Nanny in Dallas (75209) Inwood/Lovers
Family: 176776
Location: Dallas
Age(s): 2, 8, 10, 12 years old. Mostly proving care for the 2 year old.
Start Date: ASAP
Days & Hours: Tuesday – Saturday, preferred, but flexible to be Monday – Friday; 10:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. · 40 hrs./wk. guaranteed
Pay Rate (pre-tax): $27

Benefits:
· Payment for gas, mileage, and toll tag expenditures!
· 3-5 days of sick time
· 2 weeks PTO; extra PTO in the summer when the family travels
· 9 Paid holidays: New Year’s Day, Good Friday, Memorial Day, Independence Day,
Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day

Our family needs a Full-Time Nanny to tend mostly to our youngest during the big kids’ school hours although she goes to school four days a week from 9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.

Our boys are 12-, 10-, and 8 years old, all in school full-time and involved in after-school sports and activities. We have someone that picks them up and takes them to after-school activities but if she is not available we will need your help. You will most likely never have all the children at once!

And the prettiest one of the bunch, our daughter, is their biggest cheerleader at 2-years-old. She’s a tough little princess (with 3 older brothers!) who loves being outside, riding her scooter, and outings to the park. She’s also super-girly, into ballet, gymnastics, and all things frilly.

When everybody is in school, we ask that you devote your time to meal prep of healthy meals, light housekeeping as it pertains to the kids’ laundry, bedrooms, playroom, and the occasional organization of the playroom and/or the kids’ closets. Flexibility is a really big deal to us as we will occasionally need you to stay overnight when we’re out of town or to adjust your daily hours when life gets a little too hectic. We are away most of the summer and would be THRILLED if you could travel with us, though it is not an absolute requirement.

Lastly, we don’t do drama—we like to keep it fun! We are looking for someone with lots of in-the-trenches experience who is ridiculously responsible and has reliable transportation for
shuttling kids. Mom is a stay-at-home mom and is uber-busy most days and will depend greatly on their A+ nanny to handle all the comings-and-goings of ‘the bigs’ and the engagement of the littlest member of our tribe. Dad works out of the home.

There will undoubtedly be smelly socks, a fair amount of boy ‘humor,’ and lots of sports equipment to haul around, but there will also be lots of sweet times with little sister and shared stories that seem to flow most freely on those seemingly ordinary carpool runs. Show up with a handful of snacks and get everybody to practice on time and our crew will be forever grateful!

Sleep in! Have a second cup of coffee! Even meet friends for lunch! This is an
afternoon/early evening gig!
We are looking for a Full-Time Nanny to arrive not too long before school is out for the day and to be here full-time on school holidays and over the summer. We have two kids, 12- and 4-years-old, and both attend the same school until 2:30 p.m. each day. Beginning with pick-up time, we need you to step in until mom and dad return at the end of the day. Dad is a physician and mom is an attorney, so both our careers are very demanding, and both occasionally require extra hours. We do our best to be home by dinnertime or to coordinate with at least one of us leaving early, but sometimes we’re both a bit later than usual.
After school, both kids are ready for a snack and some downtime. All the talk, all the friends, and the ‘have-to’ things from school leave them both happy to chill at home for a bit. From time to time our son has homework and may need ‘a bit of encouragement’ to get it done, but usually, it is very minimal. His go-to mode is to retreat to his room for some time alone. Our youngest is ready to play after refueling and is a delight to engage with. Dolls, dinosaurs, or a favorite cartoon are all favorites. Between games and playtime we ask that you tackle the kids’ laundry, any dishes they’ve used, and keep their play areas picked up. Any assistance with meal prep will always be greatly appreciated. On days with no school and during the summer, a typical day will be from 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. and includes Indigenous Peoples Day and Juneteenth as both our practices are open.
We ask that you model consistent reliability, kindness, and open communication with both the kids and us. We recognize the potential our nanny will have to make a significant impact on our kids and actively look for ways to show our appreciation for your contribution. We see this parenting responsibility as a team effort and are looking for a wonderfully engaging and responsible nanny to join our family team.

We’re going for a tiebreaker…we have an 11-year-old daughter and a 3-year-old son and a newborn! That said, we need a very Full-Time Nanny to help with the kids at home and as we travel—throughout the country and internationally. The two youngest kids will always be with us and our oldest goes between our home and her mom’s. Most days your primary responsibility will be caring for the preschooler and the infant. However, both the older kids will need transporting to and from their activities and lessons—jujitsu and soccer for our son, volleyball and tennis for our daughter.

Whenever you’re home with the kids, we’re looking for someone to actively engage with them. For our son, this includes developmental and imaginative playtimes and for our daughter, arts and crafts are the way to her heart. We’ll need you to feed the entire crew, keep track of and manage everyone’s activities and appointments (making sure they have what they need for this practice or that one, buying and wrapping gifts for birthday parties, etc.), and helping with homework when necessary. We need your help with family laundry, so you will help us to always look our best. After an early dinner, we’ll ask that you get the two youngest ones ready for bedtime stories.

As mentioned, we travel quite extensively so your passport and willingness and availability to accompany us are critical. We want you with us and ask for your availability for weekends and holidays. We have a ranch in West Texas and a farm in Virginia that we visit regularly but also travel frequently both nationally and internationally. Naturally, all the travel calls for extra hours and you will be generously compensated for the over and above effort and time.

Our core values as a family are impact, growth, and family and we strive to incorporate them at every opportunity. We’re a family on the go and we want you to come with us! We travel far and wide with our children and are looking for a Full-Time Nanny Manager to partner with our current nanny manager in caring for our children and home wherever we call home.

As our much-appreciated Nanny Manager, we are looking for someone to fully engage with our children (ages 3- and 8-years-old) when needed and handle household responsibilities at other times. We’ll need you to vacuum, sweep, stay current on the laundry, take care of food prep and cooking, and keep the kitchen in good order. It is especially important that you work well with our current nanny and work intentionally to develop a trusting relationship with both the kids.

Although we’ll have a schedule, there will be times when we ask for your flexibility to accommodate work or social obligations. Our primary work-related travels are to London and LA, but we also vacation all over the world. We traditionally spend much of our summer in London and you will need a passport to come with us during our stay. Our other nanny accompanies us on some of the trips, but our goal is to always have at least one nanny on every trip, so again, your flexibility is of top importance to us.

We value our nannies highly and see them as members of the family, so if you’re wanting additional hours, we are open to discussing that option as well.

We’re not the usual 9-5 family set-up and that’s by design. We would love someone to join our team!

Schedule:

  • Saturday; 3:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m.
  • Sunday; 6:30 a.m. – 8:30 p.m.

  • Tuesday; 6:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. (additional hours available)
  • Wednesday; 6:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. (additional hours available)
  • 44 hours/wk. during the school year; up to 50-60 hours/wk. during the summer

Help a mama out! We are a family of five and we’re just in that crunch period of our lives with two school-age kids and a third preschooler and literally everybody seems to be coming from a practice, going to a birthday party, or needing to be picked up from a friend’s house. We are looking for a Full-Time Mother’s Helper for all the mom-ing that three active kids, an engaged extended family, and busy social lives demand.

We live in Plano where both our 7-year-old daughter and 5-year-old son attend school full-time. Our 3-year-old son goes to school Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. We are looking for a team player, someone to tag-team with Mom to run errands, transport kids to sports and tutoring, help with laundry, and do a bit of meal prep. The great thing is that no two days are ever just alike. Lots of comings and goings, lots of playtime, and lots of fun for everyone. We are a very hands-on family with both grandmothers nearby who stop by on a regular basis to play with their very favorite little people.

Our big ask is that you be flexible enough to accommodate additional hours from time to time and even occasionally stay overnight if mom and dad are both out of town.

We truly believe it takes a village to raise a family and we’re looking to grow our village immediately with a happy and helpful new member of our village.

Family: 176891
Location: Dallas (75204)
Age(s): Newborn
Start Date: Feb 2023
Days & Hours: Monday - Friday; 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. 40-49 hours/wk.; overtime paid for anything over 40 hours within a 7-day period

Benefits:

  • 3-5 days of sick time
  • 2 weeks PTO
  • 9 Paid holidays: New Year’s Day, Good Friday, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day

We’re counting down the days til our baby boy arrives! He’s due early November and Mom is planning to enjoy the first few months soaking in all the baby snuggles she can. Dad is a physician with somewhat regular hours and mom is an attorney who works mostly from home. After her maternity leave, she will return to practicing law. We are looking for a Full-Time Nanny to begin end of-February 2023, to step in and care for our little one.

There will be all the usual baby care needs – washing and prepping bottles, maintaining a regular sleep schedule, and engaging with our little guy during waking hours. Walks around the neighborhood, trips to the park, and coaxing giggles out of him will be the initial responsibilities.

As he grows, we’ll incorporate more age-appropriate developmental play, reading, and active playtime. During naptime, we’d ask that you handle some of the basic baby household responsibilities such as tidying up his room and play area and tending to his laundry.

Mom’s a self-professed ‘Type A’ personality, but not a micromanager by any means. We do ask for a daily log of the day’s activities, eating and sleeping schedule, and/or milestone moments. She traditionally has one quarter a year that calls for longer hours and travel. During this season, you would need to stay a bit later until Dad returns home for the day. If you’re open to weekend stays and/or traveling with us, we can discuss those options as well.

More than anything we are looking for an experienced and nurturing nanny to love our boy and always act with his best interest at heart. We are looking for someone who is a great communicator and who delights in the little moments that occur dozens of times each day and will share these with us at the end of the day. We are wanting this to be a long-term relationship and for you to play an important role in our son’s little bitty life!

Family also has a hypoallergenic small dog, no duties are required. Candidate must be Covid vaccinated.

Missouri is calling! We are a Springfield, Missouri family with the two sweetest boys in

town! Seriously—they’re each other’s best friend and have a blast hanging out together. They’re 8- and 10-years-old, super sweet, and wonderfully easy-going. We are looking for a Part-Time Nanny to take them to their activities, maybe help with homework, and even run a few errands as needed.

Dad travels throughout the week and mom works closer to home, but we are needing someone with a very flexible schedule. The days and hours each week will vary, and we’ll occasionally need you to stay overnight with the boys for anywhere from 1-2 nights to an entire week or for just the much-needed date night. See what we mean—we need flexibility!

Most days will be a tag-team effort with mom—you taking this one to his practice while mom takes the other to a friend’s house. Every day will be different, but hopefully, every day will be fun and full of adventures and activities. We are looking for someone long-term to blend with our family seamlessly and become part of our crew.

We are frequent entertainers, so there’s a regular flow of friends in and out of the house, dinners to host, and clients to make comfortable. For our part, we will let you know our needs as far in advance as possible, but there may be the random last-minute need also. We will guarantee a specific number of hours per week, it just may be spread out over different days and times.

We promise lots of fun with our boys and bushels of gratitude from mom and dad for the care and kindness you provide.

Night Nanny in Dallas (75215) Skillman/Velasco
Family: 176886
Location: Dallas (75215)
Age(s): Newborn
Start Date: 12 weeks following birth; due date on March 24, 2023
Days & Hours: Sunday - Thursday; 9:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.
Pay Rate (pre-tax): $33-$36/hr.

Our little one is still months away from making his or her grand arrival and already we’re

making plans! This is our first baby (cue the confetti!) and we’re taking in all things newborn. All the info; all the things needed; all the crazy stories of parenting!

Our due date is March 24, 2023, and we are looking for a Full-Time Night Nanny for the first 12 weeks to help us adjust to all the changes and still get a mostly full night’s sleep in the process. Because everything is so new to us, we’re on an extremely high learning curve but have heard talk of sleep training and schedules. We’ve also heard talk that babies have a mind of their own and what works for one won’t necessarily work with another.

Our plan is to ease into parenthood with the best of intentions and visions of schedules, but we’re also realistic, too, and know that oh-so-many changes are coming our way. Your experience with newbies will be especially valuable as we navigate this newborn stage.

We’ll need your help with all the usual night nanny responsibilities such as feeding, diapering, and changing bed linens and clothes, when necessary, but most importantly, we are looking for someone with the heart of gold to care for our tiny bundle of love in the wee hours of the night.

Our mornings will be much brighter when we’ve had the luxury of some glorious
restorative sleep, resting our confidence in you that all went well throughout the night.

Schedule:

  • 12 weeks following birth; due date on March 24, 2023

Have your previous clients enjoyed your culinary creations and come back for seconds? Do they rave about your dinners to their friends?

Do you have a culinary repertoire of everything from gluten-free to vegan to full-on pot roast?

If so, we need you, your chef’s apron, and your best expertise to come and cook for our busy, busy family. The kids are in school but need quick and yummy breakfasts; most of them will want to take their lunches which will make them the envy of the cafeteria. Mom and dad would love simple and grabbable lunches such as wraps, salads, and sandwiches.

Our tastes are pretty simple and naturally, we all have our preferences. Overall, we want delicious and generally healthy options for all our meals. We ask that, as you get to know us better, you take note of who likes what and which dishes we can pass on. There will be family celebrations and nights with just the kids at the table but we’ll do our best to sync our schedules as far in advance as possible.

We are looking for someone with a fair amount of experience as a personal, in-home chef—someone who understands kids and their limited tastes, someone who can sneak a few veggies into the pasta, and someone who has blended in with family dynamics in the best of ways.

We’ve settled into a routine with the start of school, so that has brought some regularity throughout the day during school hours, but there are always lots of comings and goings in the afternoon. After-school snacks are always welcome.

For dinner, we do our best to all come together and eat. Sitting down to a delicious and already prepared dinner is a glorious way to reconnect each night—something we treasure dearly.

We’re ready for you to start immediately! So, start your grocery list, make the menus, and
we’ll show up hungry!

Full Time Nanny in Dallas (75246) Gaston/Fitzhugh
Family: 176810
Location: Dallas (75246)
Age(s): 2yo and 3yo
Start Date: ASAP
Days & Hours: Monday – Friday; 11:30 a.m. – 7:30 p.m.; though we are flexible and may also ask for the occasional date night
Pay Rate (pre-tax): $27-$28/hr.

Benefits:

  • 3 days of sick time
  • 2 weeks PTO after 90 days of employment and with adequate advance notice; one week to be nanny’s choice; the other at the family’s choosing
  • 9 Paid holidays: New Year’s Day, Good Friday, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day

We are looking for a Full-Time Nanny excited to help us in caring for our 3- and 2-year-old kids during the workday. The kids are energetic, inquisitive, and love playing outdoors. Our youngest loves practical play, books, dolls, and swimming and our oldest is a big fan of sharks, boats, scuba diving, and learning about all the creatures of the sea. We are a screen-free family, so there are lots of opportunities to explore outside and discover all the wonders of nature. We also have family passes to the zoo, the arboretum, several museums, and a nearby pool, so there’s never a lack of entertaining and educational venues to visit throughout the week.

Our kids thoroughly enjoy arts and crafts—anything involving pipe cleaners, construction paper, and crayons is a sure-fire winner to keep them creating and learning at the same time. They’re also really into imaginative play and love to hear stories, play lots of make-believe, and love for others to read to them.

If you’re familiar with the Montessori learning method, that would be a huge bonus as we’re working towards growing reliable and respectful kids who are confident in their abilities to think through a challenge and problem solve like a champ!

Your day would begin a bit later than usual by picking up the kids from Montessori at 11:30 a.m. We ask that you handle the children’s laundry, meal prep, and tidying up, and have a ‘plan-ahead’ schedule of upcoming days and their respective activities. We would love someone that can take the kids to do fun activities during the day, mom might even join you sometimes.

But more than anything, we want our Nanny to fully engage with the kids, be intentional about educational play, and honor our existing schedule as much as possible. Our whole family is looking forward to forming a trusting relationship with you and all the adventures that await!

Zoom calls, conference calls, and all the other necessities of modern-day working from home—we know them all too well! Mom works part time and dad works full time from home, but we need someone to partner with us in caring for our kids when work responsibilities take priority over play-doh parties!
