We are looking for TWO experienced Nanny Managers for a long-term role in Heath, Texas.
The family is growing from five to six with a baby arriving in October and needs two confident, organized professionals to help keep their busy household running smoothly.
What you will be doing:
👶 Caring for 4 children, including a newborn
🚗 School & activity transportation
🥪 Packing lunches & light meal prep
📋 Managing schedules, routines & children`s belongings
🏡 Supporting daily household organization
The family is looking for someone who is:

🔄 Flexible when plans change
✈️ Comfortable with travel
Schedule:
🕒 36 hours/week
📅 Alternating 4-week schedule
⏰ 7 AM–8 PM
📍 Heath, TX 75032
📅 Immediate start
Pay & Benefits:
💰 $32/hr + benefits OR $35/hr without benefits
🌴 PTO + sick time
🎉 Paid holidays
🩺 Medical, dental & vision options
✈️ Travel opportunities
💵 $175 overnight travel stipend
Travel is required. The family travels domestically and internationally and may travel by private jet or commercial flight. Overnight care may also be needed 1–3 times per year.
