Full-Time Nanny in the West Loop Area
- 10 days of vacation per year, 3-5 days of sick time
- 9 Paid holidays: New year’s Day, Good Friday, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day

Family in the West Loop area is seeking a nurturing, creative, and positive Nanny for their baby. Candidate must be experienced, confident, and capable in all areas of baby and toddler care, including feeding (baby is currently breastfed and will be fed breastmilk through a bottle when mom is not present), changing, dressing, putting down for naps, etc. Nanny will also engage the children in age-appropriate, indoor and outdoor activities that will encourage growth and development, and stimulate curiosity, such as toys, reading, outside time, park, playdates, museums, etc. Nanny will proactively keep kitchen, common areas, and child area tidy throughout the day (wipe down table/counters, clean up toys when finished playing, take out garbage when full, load/unload dishwasher), do child’s laundry, and refill household items from stock when they run out (+ alert parents when low – e.g., soap, toilet paper, paper towels). Nanny will also coordinate at-home deliveries, cleaning services, etc. as directed, and will administer medicine supplements when and as directed (e.g., daily iron and Vitamin D). The ideal candidate will have integrity, a passion for childcare, and be support all parenting choices and philosophies (e.g., no screen time at this age, reading baby Bible stories, supporting Montessori-style play, etc.). Both parents work from home, and in the future, one adult would work from home about 2 times/week, and the other adult would work from home sporadically. Note: family is looking to buy a new home soon, but it would also be in West Loop.
NOTE: Candidates must be following all procedures advised by the Center for Disease Control (CDC) for Coronavirus exposure prevention outside of their work hours (masks, hand washing, limiting contact/group sizes, social distancing, etc.). Initial interviews will be conducted virtually using Facetime, Zoom, etc.
