We have been in business since 1994, and families trust us for their in-home Houston area nanny needs. Our reliable, vetted, and experienced nannies will immediately make your life easier.
Connecting Talent with Trusted Families
Nanny
Our Houston nannies are caring, highly experienced, and professional. They encourage your children’s development and engage them with age-appropriate activities. Our nannies’ backgrounds are a combination of childcare, education, or teaching experience.
Child Educator
These specialized, dedicated in-home instructors provide private instruction.
Nanny Manager
Houston nanny managers take on additional household support such as grocery shopping or other errands, assisting with basic meal prep (chopping, boiling water, pre-heating oven, assembling ingredients for easy preparation), or organizational projects.
Rotational Nanny
When a family requires heavy (up to 24-hour) coverage, multiple ROTA Nannies tag-team, typically working 7-14 days at a time. Learn more.
Nanny Share
In a nanny share, two families apply together with a joint request, as we do not match families. Typically sharing 2 to 3 children total, they enjoy closer proximity, built-in socialization, and cost savings by splitting both the hourly nanny rate and the agency placement fee.
Family Assistants
When children are a bit older, and true “childcare” responsibilities have dwindled, these roles tend to revolve around heavier household management, driving kids to activities, supervising homework, errands, etc.

Our Screening Process
After so many years in business, the majority of our nannies have been either placed with us in the past, or are referred by placed nannies. We also cast a wide net across many platforms, including online advertising and sourcing candidates directly. Each nanny has to go through our intensive screening process, eliminating 90% of applicants. Our clients don’t spend any time sifting through numerous applications or worrying about qualifications. Rest assured that we will quickly find you the best nanny for your needs.

Starting a Search
We will create a job description, collect the client agreement and search fee, and begin the search. We provide a detailed hiring handbook with interview questions and practical tips.
Interviews
We will begin submitting (or recruiting) skilled, pre-screened candidates to interview. We recommend bringing one or two of the nannies back for “trial time” to observe them in action as part of a working interview.
Hiring
After you have found your perfect match, we will draft an employment agreement to create your offer, detailing the specific duties, compensation, and terms of employment. The placement fee is due on or before their start date.
Ongoing Support
Your placed nanny will receive weekly themed curriculum, child development content, and training opportunities. You will receive ongoing Nanny Employer content, and can contact us for support at any time.
