Very sweet Family is seeking an experienced, nurturing Nanny with a peaceful presence for their children. Nanny must be experienced, confident, and capable in all areas of baby and toddler care. Nanny must be a career nanny with experience multi-tasking with both a baby and a second child. The 3-year-old is enrolled to begin a school program in the fall and the family is trying to enroll him in the school’s summer program. Once the 3-year-old begins school, most of the day will be spent with just the baby. Duties will include providing indoor and outdoor, age-appropriate, stimulating activities that promote the children’s growth and development. Nanny will need to be punctual, mature, patient, and hardworking. Nanny will feed the children (mainly the baby), and assist with tidying common areas (loading/unloading dishwasher, wiping counters, cleaning up messes after meals, etc.) and the children’s areas. Nanny will also do children’s laundry, clean bottles and toys, and assist overall with organization. Seeking a can-do nanny who is a proactive self-starter, showing initiative and not waiting to be told. Safety and health are paramount, so Nanny must be willing to obtain flu vaccine and Tdap vaccine (family is willing to cover the expense). Nanny should also maintain a clean, sanitary environment for the children to explore. The ideal candidate will be creative, have a strong work ethic, will actively engage with the children, and will communicate effectively with parents. Both parents work full-time from home-based offices.
