Part Time Nanny Manager in Lantana (76226)
Family: 176384
Location: Lantana (76226)
Age(s): 1yo
Start Date: August 8th
Days & Hours: Monday – Friday 8:00 a.m. – 1:00 PM or 2:00PM 25-30 hours/wk.
Pay Rate (pre-tax): $28-$30/hr.

Benefits:

  • 3-5 days of sick time
  • 2 weeks PTO (1 week of nanny’s choosing; 1 week to best accommodate the family)
  • 9 Paid holidays: New Year’s Day, Good Friday, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day

We are a fun-loving Lantana family that fully embraces the Montessori mindset in all that we do—so much so, we own a local, private Montessori school in the area. We are looking for a Full-Time Nanny Manager to partner with us in caring for our 1-year-old son and to keep things running smoothly on the home front as well. Because we so fully support the Montessori method, we place a high priority on a thoughtfully prepared and highly organized environment that allows all of us to thrive—it’s a win-win-win gameplan for mom and dad, our son, and YOU!

Most days mom will be home and is looking for someone to assist with caring for her son, but also to have the intuition not to interrupt their time together and to tend to other responsibilities during these special times. Some days mom will step out and run errands or tend to school matters; other days she’ll ask that you handle the errands for her. Household tasks include preparing simple, healthy meals, family laundry, light housekeeping, and keeping the nursery stocked with all the essentials.

We’re an overall pretty healthy-minded crew who enjoys the outdoors and exercise and want to pass this love of all things nature on to our son as well. It is also important that we work together to establish healthy daily rhythms for sleep, eating, and lots of developmental playtime. Safety is a big deal to us and so keeping a constant watch over our son when you’re in charge is the top priority over everything else. (And if you’re a babyproofing whiz, we’ll be forever grateful!)

And here’s the bonus for just the right candidate…your child(ren) can attend our Montessori school at only 25% of the standard cost—that’s a huge deal, if we do say so ourselves! We are planning for the long-term and want our Nanny Manager to do so, too. We are looking for a great fit for our little guy and our family and hope it’s a relationship that deepens through the years.

Full time Nanny in Fort Worth (76116)
Family: 176489
Location: Fort Worth (76116)
Age(s): 3yo and 1yo
Start Date: ASAP
Days & Hours: Schedule: Monday – Thursday; 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.; Friday – 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. with every other Friday off! (a total of 80 hours every two weeks)
Pay Rate (pre-tax): $25-$27/hr.

Benefits:

  • 3-5 days of sick time
  • 2 weeks PTO
  • 9 Paid holidays: New Year’s Day, Good Friday, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day

We are a Ft. Worth family with two of the cutest kids in town and are looking for
a Full-Time Nanny to come on board for the long-term. Our son is 3-1/2-years-old and his
always-curious little sister is 1-1/2-years-old. Together, they are an active and energetic combo who love to play, explore, and pretend. Mom and dad both work from home in a separate, dedicated workspace and may make occasional appearances throughout the day.

We’re wanting the kids exposed to both indoor and outdoor educational play on a daily
basis as weather permits. Other than going full-on play time with our dynamic duo, we will need you to cover the kids’ laundry, meal prep, and tidying up as needed. Planning is a big deal to our crew (the sense of anticipation!), so planning for and scheduling activities and outings a day or two in advance is always appreciated by all of us! Knowing adventures await at the park or the museum the next day just adds to the excitement!

We know your impact upon our kids will be tremendous, so we naturally want someone
who is loving, kind, and extra caring to guide them through their days and as much as we
appreciate the connection of social media, we value our privacy and security even more, so no references to our family (by name or image) are allowed. We also place a premium on
everyone’s health and require you be Covid vaccinated and follow CDC guidelines as they
develop.

Other than coming for all the fun, we ask that you keep mom and dad in the loop about
the day’s events and let us know all about the good, the challenging, and the absolute best parts that made it such a stellar day. We can’t wait to meet you and for our kids to come to love you!

Our 4 kids consist of a 7-year-old daughter, 5-year-old son, 3-year-old daughter, and 5-month-old son. Their personalities are all very different but in my biased opinion, they are all very sweet kids with big hearts. Our older kids are involved in many extra-curricular activities. We all like to stay busy and we love the outdoors and spending time together and with friends. Our favorite family activity is boating and swimming!”

FT Nanny in Northlake (76247)
Family: 176732
Location: Northlake (76247)
Age(s): N/A
Start Date: ASAP
Days & Hours: Monday – Friday; approx. 30 hrs./wk.
Pay Rate (pre-tax): $30/hr.

So long yoga pants and sweatshirts! The bosses have called and need us to at least make
the occasional appearance in the office. Mom and dad are both working professionals who have been oh-so-happy working full-time from home, but those pesky bosses of ours are asking for some sort of return to normalcy and that means actually coming to the office now and then. Because of this, we are finding ourselves in need of a Full-Time Nanny for our adorable 6-month-old son.

We’re first-time parents, so we’re learning all the things in real time—lots of trial and
error and lots of snuggles and kisses, too. More than likely one of us will be at home when the other is at the office, but there may be the occasional times when we’re both gone. Our big boy is so, so observant and engaging and we want to seize these early days when he takes in everything around him. As such, we want someone who can incorporate educational and developmental play into silly songs, imaginative play, and lots of creativity.

We ask that you have a generally calm demeanor and are ridiculously dependable and
reliable. During naptime for our little guy, bottle prep and laundry are about the only things on the agenda. We’re in the Northlake/Argyle area and may ask for the occasional date night out pending your availability.

We are looking to begin what will hopefully be a long-term relationship with our nanny
and all the firsts that sure to follow. We know you’ll have a huge impact on our family and can’t wait to get this friendship started.

FT Nanny in M Streets moving to FT Worth (76109)
Family: 176731
Location: M Streets moving to FT Worth (76109)
Age(s): 6-, 3-, and 1-year-olds
Start Date: ASAP
Days & Hours: Monday – Friday; 7:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.
Pay Rate (pre-tax): $27-$28/hr.

Benefits:

  • Guarantee 50 hours a week
  • 3-5 days of sick time
  • 2 weeks PTO
  • 9 Paid holidays: New Year’s Day, Good Friday, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day

They’re the three musketeers—our 6-, 3-, and 1-year-olds—they’re all for one and one for all! And we’re needing a Full-Time Nanny to corral them all! Where one goes, the others will want to follow. Playtime is especially fun and engaging when all three are involved.

Our oldest, the 6-year-old, is into all things superhero’s! Give our sweet little guy a cape and his superpowers magically appear! Plan an imaginary trip to space and he’ll steer the rocket straight to the next galaxy. He’s a big fan of Buzz Lightyear, Woody, and the whole Toy Story crew and loves him some Sonic the Hedgehog, too. This fall he’ll be starting kindergarten.

Our middle son wants to do everything—and we mean, everything! —his older brother does. If our oldest thinks something’s cool, it’s crazy cool to our 3-year-old. He’s just as active as his brother and loves outside play whether it’s playing soccer, swimming, or setting up a racetrack for his ‘super-fast’ favorite cars. He’s shown an early interest in music and loves practicing on the piano during his more chill moments. He will be attending preschool from 9:00 a.m.-3:30 p.m. this fall.

And our caboose—our 1-year-old daughter—who thinks she’s just as big as her brothers and wants nothing more than to do whatever it is they are doing. She’ll be your main focus once school begins in August and will love the one-on-one attention and being the ‘big girl’ for once.

We’re currently in the M Street area for just a few more months and are set to move to Preston Hollow in Ft. Worth this September. There will be lots of change—a new home, new neighborhood, new friends, and more—but we’ll be forever grateful for the stability our nanny will bring during this transition.

We’re always looking for new ways to expand our kids’ experiences and learning opportunities, so we’d love it if you’re bilingual in Spanish, though it’s not an absolute necessity. We are looking for someone  that is relieable and with a tremendous maternal nature and loads of experience engaging three little ones at once. We’re also hoping to use the laidback days of summer to try new things—new adventures, new foods, new things to seek out and learn. In addition to cooking and tidying up for the kids, we would love help with family laundry, making beds and keeping the house tidy as well.

Every once in a while we may ask for a few hours on the weekend and/or for a date night to recharge, but are always quick to respect your schedule.

We are needing a mostly nanny/sometimes-mother’s helper to help primarily with our soon-to-be toddler. The actual split of your time would probably be somewhere around 80% nanny, 20% mother’s helper, with most of your time focused on our littlest one. Occasionally you may be asked to drop off or pick up the older kids, but most of your energies will go towards building blocks, silly songs, and outside adventures with our youngest.

We ask that you handle the grocery shopping and run a few errands as needed as well as general pick-up around the house and laundry for the baby. Mom works both in and out of the home, so it’s likely you’ll see her throughout the day.

Now and then Mom and Dad ask for a night away and are looking for someone comfortable with staying the night with the baby. We also have a home in Aspen and will need you available to travel with our family to the cooler temps and the beautiful mountains. It’s a wonderful break getting out of town and always fun to see new sights and try new things.

Actually, it’s just the two of us, the kids are grown, are we’re easy to please. We’re soon to be a house full of littles!

We’ve got a darling 2-year-old little boy who is so excited about his promotion to BIG BROTHER. His baby sister has joined the family and mom will be home with her for the first three months on maternity leave. We’re looking for a Full-Time Nanny to join our newly expanded family on August 1st after we’ve had a bit of time to settle into life as a family of four.
Hopefully, we’ll have some routines in place by then but will need our nanny to fill in where mom leaves off and who will work to bond with our newborn girl as soon as possible. There will be lots of opportunities for one-on-one time with our sweet girl as our big boy attends daycare every day.

We are looking for a highly experienced and mature nanny who thrives on those special first few newborn months and who can still entertain an energetic two-year-old with engaging and educational play when he comes home from school. As our littlest one grows more and more aware, we ask that you begin to tailor her playtime to learning and discovery activities as well.

We will need you to be responsible for keeping all the baby items—bottles, play area, and baby laundry—clean and in good order. Again, as our girl grows, her food needs will change and will call for a bit of baby meal prep—things like steaming and pureeing—nothing elaborate.

We want a nanny our kids will grow to love and think of as a part of our family. We’re so excited to meet our baby girl in just a few weeks and look forward to meeting our kids’ new and favorite nanny soon thereafter!

Dust bunnies be gone! Laundry be vanquished!

If these sound like music to your ears, we need you in our house as soon as possible as a Full-Time Housekeeper!

Our current home is approximately 3,000 square feet but we are looking to upsize within the next six months to a year, probably something closer to 4,000 square feet. And here’s the great news – all we need is help with keeping our home clean and tidy. Our private chef handles all the meal planning and prep, our toddler is well cared for, and mom and dad both work full time from home.

We are, however, looking for someone with a passion to keep things clean, someone who sees a need and handles it, and someone who is over-the-top organized and has a system in place to keep things regularly clean and in order. A neat freak? Sounds great to us!

Besides the usual sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, etc., we’ll need the laundry taken care of, bathrooms cleaned, ironing handled, and whatever else it takes to keep our home in tip-top order. There will also be seasonal deep cleaning and the occasional home organizational project to keep things running as smoothly and efficiently as possible.

Our home is a friendly, laid-back, and loving environment and we’re looking for a person to blend in with our easy-going lifestyle and to become a valued and long-term part of our home.

We have full, fun days at our house and are hoping you can be a part of them!

We’ve got a full range of ages, too—a 14-, 8-, and 2-year-old—so there’s fun for teens to toddlers and one in-between.

We are looking for a Full-Time Nanny with excellent communication skills, loads of experience, and very professional but still very loving, caring, and uber-fun with the kids. Our oldest is mostly self-sufficient but stills needs transportation for lessons and social activities—like tennis lessons this summer. During the school year, he stays very busy with friends and after-school activities. Our 8-year-old is into all the fun and creative things she can handle—piano, art, tumbling, and more. She’s fun, social, and loves to be busy. And the caboose of our family—our 2-year-old—obviously commands the most attention and assistance and thrives on the attention. She loves anything active as well and spends lots of time on her play gym. She’s the first one out the door for neighborhood walks or trips to the park and is already a whiz on her scooter.

Our youngest is scheduled for swim lessons this summer, but all the kids will need supervising when swimming. Besides all the fun and games, we are looking for someone to handle the grocery shopping, run errands as needed, take care of the kids’ laundry, and keep things generally tidy around the house. They would love for the nanny to prepare healthy snacks and meals.

Most days you’ll be gone by 6:00 p.m., but we may need a bit of flexibility now and then and we ask that you be Covid vaccinated.

There’s never a dull moment at our house with a teen, an elementary-age one, and a toddler, but it keeps things exciting and fun!

Full-Time Nanny in Dallas (75205) DNT/Mockingbird Ln. -$500 Sign-on bonus!
Family: 176465
Location: Dallas (75205)
Age(s): 3-year-old little boy and a 1-year-old little girl
Start Date: ASAP
Days & Hours: Monday-Friday; 1:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. Additional hours regularly available for evenings and/or weekends depending upon your availability
Pay Rate (pre-tax): $30/hr.

Benefits:

  • 2 weeks PTO
  • 9 Paid holidays: New Year’s Day, Good Friday, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day

We’ve got our mornings covered but are looking for a fun-loving and energetic Nanny to help after lunch and into the early evening for our two little ones—a 3-year-old little boy and a 1-year-old little girl. He’s at a particularly fun age and growing in so many ways; little sister is mastering mobility and curious about everything!

Because we’ve got a morning nanny whose time will overlap a bit with the afternoon nanny, we are needing an all-in team player, somebody who will make the transition from one caregiver to another absolutely seamless. Mom works full-time but is frequently around, so caregiving for our crew of two is frequently an all-hands-on-deck family affair.

Our daughter is in daycare from 7:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. We’ll need you to pick her up in the afternoons and take over from there. Our son goes to preschool Tuesdays and Thursdays, and he’ll need afternoon pick-ups as well as getting him to and from any additional activities or playdates.

In addition to playing with and engaging the kids when they’re home, Mom needs help with dinner prep, getting everyone fed, bathed, and all that goes into being ready for bed—all the usual routine things that run smoother with an extra set of hands!

We’d love you to be available for the occasional late night/date night longer stay or even weekend help as needed but will always check your availability and preferences first before making any plans. These additional hours are not a requirement, just a hopeful option. We do ask that you be Covid vaccinated.

These are fun days at our house—lots of learning new things and making fun discoveries every day and we’d love for you to come be a part of this important time in our kids’ lives.

We are a Montessori home and are thriving with our 28-month-old son. If you are familiar with the Montessori model or highly open to learning, we may be the perfect fit for you your Part-Time Nanny in New Haven, Connecticut!

Our 2+-year-old is an independent and easy-going little guy. He loves cleaning and building with his toddler-sized playsets. He’s a fun-loving little dancer with a deep love of Elmo and loves trips to area museums. He’s got a full summer ahead of him with music lessons, classes at MyGym, an outdoor music class, and Italian lessons. Lots to do and lots of fun to have!

When he’s not attending an organized class or lesson, we ask that you incorporate educational play into downtime and schedule daily activities and/or outings. A typical day would begin with preparing breakfast and having a sit-down meal with him. Afterwards, maybe take in a walk and then off to an outing at a park or museum. Afternoons are for lunch, reading, and working together on educational projects such as puzzles, building make-believe skyscrapers, or making healthy treats in the kitchen. There will usually be a bit of laundry that needs tending to in between adventures.

You’ll need all your creativity for simple-to-do crafts and projects and lots of energy for impromptu dance parties. He’s a bundle of energy and curious about everything. We don’t indulge him in baby talk and we parent him in such a way that he learns what is acceptable to our family. We’ll need your full support of our methods and your commitment to consistently parent as we do in our absence. You’ll need to be assertive, adaptive to change, and receptive to our corrections. Just as we are working to instill key character traits in our son, we hope you also will model them for him as well—traits such as trustworthiness, reliability, and dependability.

We’ve got a ‘nanny car’ especially for your use when getting to activities and lessons. As mom is both an intern and a full-time student, your schedule would be mostly set, but may need to be tweaked on occasion as her responsibilities and/or class load changes.

School’s out! It’s time to play!

We are looking for a Full-Time Nanny Manager to keep the kids happy, the house clean, and to fill our summer full of terrific memories!

We’ve got a 3-year-old son and a 5-year-old daughter who go nonstop all day long. We’re a Flower Mound family where dad works in and out of the home and mom maintains office hours (and some irregular hours, too!) as a physician. We’ve got lots of goals for our kids this summer and need an experienced (5+ years, please), highly qualified and nurturing Nanny Manager to get our summer off to a great start.

Our kids are all about playtime with Duplo’s, magnatiles, and adventures at the park. They both have active imaginations that come alive with masterpieces created at their art table or role playing. Pretend you’re their guest in a restaurant and they’ll take your ‘order’ in no time flat! They love to explore the neighborhood on walks and take our 7-month-old miniature Schnauzer on puppy walks, too.

The kids will split their time between structured instruction and lots of creative play. So far, we’ve got gymnastics and tutoring on the schedule with outside instructors. We ask that you bring your experience, crafty ideas, and tried and true teaching tips to creating a loosely structured arts and crafts program and a reading and writing plan as part of most day’s activities. We’re also working towards a bit of personal responsibility and teaching the kids to pick up the messes they make after each activity. As a means of keeping mom and dad in the loop throughout the day, we’re asking for pictures of the day’s activities to help chronicle the summertime fun.

For meals (mostly just lunch), we stress the importance of nutritious choices. Our Nanny Manager will need to prepare healthy lunches either for home during the summer or for packed lunches for school.

Once school resumes in August, we’ll need you to arrive early enough to handle the morning drop-off at preschool and kindergarten. Afternoon pick-up and snacks follow later. During school hours, your time can be spent tending to many of the household basics—making beds, grocery shopping, running errands, tossing in a few loads of laundry, and just keeping everything wiped down and sticky-free. There will probably be a few random duties now and then—things like taking the car to have the oil changed or taking the kids to shop for teacher gifts—but nothing too out of the ordinary. Before and after the holidays, we’ll undoubtedly need an extra set of hands to help with setting up and taking down all the decorations.

We are looking for a proactive and energetic Nanny Manager with a clean driving record, terrific written and verbal communication skills, and a demonstrated understanding of household management (including home maintenance, cleaning methods, and home organization). We have always loved our nannies dearly and are looking for a member of our extended family to come on board, love our kids, and tend to all those pesky details of keeping a home running smoothly. We hope you’ll make our summer the best one ever! Must be covid vaccinated

Does the sight of dirty dishes make you want to grab a sponge and start cleaning?

Or the threat of dust bunnies make you want to swoop in with a broom and dustpan?

Or even countertop crumbs send you searching for a dish towel?

If so, we need you and every bit of your housekeeping prowess to keep our spacious home clean and orderly. We are looking for a Full-Time Housekeeper for our 8,000 sq. ft. Ft. Worth home with occasional trips our weekend home only 20 minutes away at Eagle Mountain Lake.

We are parents to 7- and 11-years-old and still need a bit of ‘encouragement’ to pick up after themselves. Your good-natured reminders to them will be most appreciated while we work on this whole ‘growing up’ gig. There may also be the occasional need to pick them up from activities or drop them off, but nothing too consuming.

Overall, we are looking for a take-charge professional who sees a need and takes care of it; someone who knows how to run a house well and efficiently and will simply take over all of the household responsibilities. There’s the usual laundry, changing the sheets once a week, a bit of ironing, and grocery shopping. Several times a year we’ll tackle deep cleaning in different areas and work on organizational systems as needed.

We’re suggesting 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. daily but are flexible on the specific hours. Our main concern is someone who works well with our family dynamics and who is a cleaning ace.

Full Time Nanny in Dallas (75244) NDT/Forest
Family: 176705
Location: Dallas (75244)
Age(s): 18-month-old and newborn
Start Date: July 11, 2022
Days & Hours: Monday - Friday  8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.; these hours may be adjusted, but this is a full-time position
Pay Rate (pre-tax): $25/hr.

Benefits:

  • Gas allowance
  • Paid time off after given period of time
  • 3-5 days of sick time
  • 9 Paid holidays: New Year’s Day, New Year’s Eve, Good Friday, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Thanksgiving Day, Day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day

Changes are coming to our house and we want you in on it from the start!

We are two full-time working parents with both young and older kids. Naturally, our 19-year-old, who will be home this summer, is totally self-sufficient. Our 18-month-old daughter is a precious toddler and soon-to-be big sister to our newest arrival—a brand new baby girl expected sometime around July 25th.

As our Full-Time Nanny we’re looking for someone who can be both engaging with our toddler and uber-attentive to our newborn. Most of your time the first year will be focused on the baby and helping our toddler become the kind and loving big sister we know she will be.

Our toddler goes to preschool Monday through Friday, 8:45 a.m.-12:45 p.m. throughout the summer. Once the school year begins, she will go Monday, Wednesday, and Friday for the same hours. We’ll need you to help with getting our girl fed in the morning and ready for school, including packing her big girl lunch. Some days mom and dad will handle school drop off; other days we’ll ask you to get her there. The same holds true for after-school pick-up. And because school can be so tiring for such a little lady, our girl usually takes a 1-2 hour nap every afternoon once she gets home.

With the arrival of our newborn, you will be responsible for some of the daytime feedings, following a suggested sleep schedule for daytime naps, and providing developmental stimulus for her. While the baby sleeps and our toddler is at school, we ask that you help with bottle cleanings, the kids’ laundry, and general upkeep. We have a housekeeper, so all we ask is for help with general tidying up.

Our newborn won’t be the only baby for too long as we’re expecting a new puppy sometime in November. It will be a house of all the littles for a season, but we know we’ll blink and both the baby and the puppy will have changed so much in just a matter of months.

We want our nanny to have a nurturing spirit, lots of energy, communicate well, and be off-the-charts reliable. We know every day will be a bit different with a toddler, a baby, and a puppy coming in November, and that’s the fun of it—never a dull moment with lots of baby giggles and puppy kisses all around!

We’ll need you to begin mid-July in preparation for the baby and for a special time with just our toddler. Most of the time Dad is out of the house at his office and Mom splits her time away and at her home office. Naturally, this will be adjusted in the first few weeks after the baby comes home.

It will be an exciting summer with lots of firsts for us and we hope you’ll be with us every step of the way!

Pay Rate (pre-tax): Pay: $70,000-$125,000 based on experience

  • Holidays – TBD; must be flexible regarding when time off is taken

Discretion at all levels and in all things is required.

An Arkansas family needs a professional and extremely organized household manager to oversee primary residence as well as other homes. You’ll need to oversee, manage, and schedule household staff, repairmen, vendors, landscapers, and other service personnel as needed. The goal is for the home and property to remain in a well-kept state at all times.

Communication on all fronts is of utmost importance. The household manager must write well, be comfortable drafting personal correspondence, compose thank you letters, contribute to written talking points, and proof final drafts of important documents. Emails must be monitored and responded to, if necessary, even during off hours. Additionally, you will need to be a proactive, forward-thinking individual able to anticipate needs and take action as necessary. An NDA must be signed as well as well as background and credit checks completed.

In addition to the family’s travels, their business and social schedule is somewhat demanding at times and calls for tremendous flexibility on the part of the household manager to ensure their obligations are met, arrangements are handled, and all necessary personnel and resources are available as needed. This includes holiday plans and commitments.

As the family travels frequently, there are often many details to coordinate including flights, accommodations, transfers, and other reservations. Even in the family’s absence from home, our household manager will have sufficient responsibilities to maintain a full-time schedule including gift selections and purchases, various household projects, and handling floral orders. It is a dynamic household with lots of moving parts that require regular attention.

FT Executive Housekeeper in Dallas (75220) Walnut Hill/Inwood Rd.
Family: 176699
Location: Dallas, TX
Age(s): N/A
Start Date: ASAP or September
Days & Hours: Monday – Friday Full-time: 9:00 AM – 3:30 PM. 30 hours minimum, will consider more
Pay Rate (pre-tax): $30-$35

Benefits:

  • Annual bonus based upon performance
  • 2 weeks of paid time off per year
  • 3-5 days of sick time
  • 9 Paid holidays: New year’s Day, Good Friday, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day

Start now or later – begin immediately or in September—you make the call!

It’s just the two of us in a spacious and elegant home—no kids, no pets, just lots of room to keep exceptionally clean and neat. We are looking for an executive housekeeper to bring a breath of fresh air to our otherwise very quiet home—someone who will go about their many responsibilities with a positive outlook and a willingness to go above and beyond when necessary.

Attention to detail is extremely important in all areas of the house. With 8 bedrooms and 10 baths, there is always something to be done even though most rooms remain unused for periods of time. You’ll need a good record of experience as a highly trained housekeeper, the willingness to receive instructions well, and a special graciousness when answering the door to guests.

Laundry and ironing (including bed sheets) are regular responsibilities as are dusting, polishing silver, and keeping closets in an exacting order. There will be occasional needs to deep clean different areas of the home as the seasons warrant.

We currently have a chef and a household manager who have become like family and are looking for a similarly close relationship with our housekeeper. Our former housekeeper was with us for 20+ years and was very beloved.

We will be traveling much of the summer, so if you choose to start before our June 3rd departure date, much of what you do will be self-initiated and more focused on areas best addressed when the house is not occupied. Upon our return in September, it will be back to business-as-usual with daily responsibilities and regular upkeep as the family needs.

Pick your start time and we will welcome you with open arms!

**Covid vaccine preferred, but not required.

  • Opportunity for financial relocation assistance (max $1,000)

“We are an active, outdoorsy family living/working on a working bison ranch (plus turkeys, pigs, chickens, and lots of cats and dogs) in Fredericksburg, Texas. We moved permanently from Austin 3 years ago, and haven’t looked back. Our girls are full of energy and a love for exploring their natural environment. Our 5-year-old is active, active, active – loves reading, swimming, handstands, dancing, nature walks, and singing. Our 1-year-old is sweet, sweet – so very curious and observant, loving every second of every day, especially time visiting with the baby turkeys and exploring her environment. Our girls, while free-spirited, also thrive on routine and predictability. We are a screen-free home (with exceptions, obviously) and abide by a mostly Charlotte Mason philosophy (think Waldorf and Montessori). My husband and I have unpredictable schedules, often at the house all day working from the office or out of the house all day working with animals or on the land. It is important to us that we integrate our children into our daily lives and show them the love we have for the work we do. We want to instill a love for life, passion for the land, and a lifetime of curiosity in our girls in all we do.”

Family in Fredericksburg is seeking a nature-loving, education-minded Nanny for their two girls. Duties will include:

  • Providing all care, including dressing, changing, feeding/preparing children’s meals and snacks, putting down for naps, etc.
  • Engaging the children in age-appropriate, educational activities and play (no screen time):
  • Outdoors (mostly): spending time with ranch animals, encouraging children to do ranch chores (e.g., cleaning duck eggs), nature walks and adventures, exploring the creek, planting seeds, swinging, trips to area parks
  • Indoor: reading/writing, music, arts/crafts, games, having fun in the kitchen (baking, teaching kiddos about food preparation)
  • Keeping the common areas and children’s area tidy (e.g., wiping down counters, loading/unloading dishwasher, doing children’s laundry)
  • Transport older child to/from school 2 days/week (excellent driving record required; program may increase to 4 days/week or family may decide to have her do a school/homeschool hybrid)
  • The household is sensitive to toxins, so they have a non toxic household. It is very important that the nanny not make exceptions:

This includes:

  • Cleaning products, detergents, personal care products, food products
  • Perfumes, fragrances (unless essential oils), sanitizers, etc.
  • Cat dander (if nanny has a cat, the family prefers that Nanny change clothing prior to arrival)

Nanny will be:

  • Experienced, confident, capable, and experienced in all areas of toddler and school age care
  • Outdoorsy, energetic, and active, regardless of the hot or cold weather; a true nature lover
  • Nurturing, loving, and caring
  • Mindful, conscious, and respectful about the family’s personal household choices
  • An excellent communicator
  • Mutually respectful
  • Flexible to cover an occasional weekend day and/or evening when parents have events
  • A strong swimmer – the family has a pool and Nanny will take children swimming
  • Animal lovers – the family has an indoor labrador retriever (may need to refill water bowl or let in/out), 4 outdoor porch cats, and many other animals on the ranch
  • Comfortable with parents in and out during the day
  • It is a plus if a nanny has a background in education, Montessori, Waldorf, or the Charlotte Mason method, but at a minimum, Nanny must be willing to learn about the philosophies and implement them

This is a dream job for someone who wants to get out of the city and enjoy the beauty of the Texas Hill Country!

¿Hablas Español?

We’re a bilingual household, so speaking Spanish would be a huge bonus for us and our young son. He is a bit behind verbally, so we are seeking a part-time nanny who can help him take his talking game to the next level. (Remind us of this when he’s talking nonstop!) Bring your best verbal skills to help engage him, expand his vocab in both English and Spanish, and learn the magic of connecting with others.

Our little one is high energy and needs a nanny to match his level of excitement, fun, and sense of discovery. Playtime should be a mix—part-time nothing but superheroes, race cars, and building blocks and part-time intentionally learning-focused play. Silly songs, favorite books, and outside play are all part of the day with our fun-loving little boy.

Mom and dad both work full-time; dad splits his time between home and the office while mom works only at home. Our days are pretty scheduled but easy to accommodate. When you arrive mid-morning, it’s playtime! Bring out the toys, the books, and the sidewalk chalk for a morning of fun. Break to prepare lunch and make sure our little guy really does eat a fair amount, and then back to playing and sneaking in a few ABCs before naptime by mid-afternoon. Traveling with the family is required for a week at a time every other month or so. Covid Vaccine required

And that’s all there is to it. Muy bien!

Benefits:

  • 20 hours guaranteed
  • 2 weeks of paid time off per year
  • 3-5 days of sick time
  • 9 Paid holidays: New year’s Day, Good Friday, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day

In addition to cleaning the designated areas on scheduled days, there will also be family laundry and household linens to wash, fold, and/or iron.

We are not looking for just another person to clean our home. We’re seeking a true cleaning professional—someone who takes pride in doing an excellent job, who works well with others as a team, and who appreciates working in beautiful, well-appointed surroundings.

Dust bunnies be gone!
Life is about to change for us come early July when we welcome our first child, and we are looking to have a jump on getting and keeping things clean and organized before our new bundle arrives. We are looking for a part- to full-time housekeeper for our home in Highland Park for a working soon-to-be mom and dad. One of us works from home and the other alternates between home and the ‘real’ office. We’ve got full-time baby care already arranged, so for now, you’re free from diaper duty! (Though we can discuss help with the baby later on if you’re interested.)
Our home is 4,000 sq. ft. with 4 bedrooms and 5-1/2 baths as well as 2 home offices. It’s two-story so you’ll get a bit of cardio in throughout the day as a bonus! We only have guests maybe once a month (though probably a bit more in the first few weeks after the baby arrives), so the guest rooms require very little maintenance. Most of our cleaning and organizing work is needed in our master bedroom, the kitchen, family room, and the nursery when the baby arrives (so maybe you will see a diaper now and then!).
We try to keep things picked up and put away, but even the best intentions get pushed aside sometimes when life gets busy. And that’s why you would be so truly valuable to our family! We need a partner to help keep all the balls in the air, so to speak. Sure, there’s general cleaning to keep the rooms tidy and a fair dose of overall household management (mostly inventory tracking and maintenance) to keep our pantries stocked and fridges full, but we’ve got a few special requests, too. Our collection of antiques and silver needs the occasional touch of tender loving care. This means being extra careful when cleaning all the nooks and crannies of delicate pieces and polishing the silver to help it sparkle and shine. It’s not an all-day/everyday event, just an as needed task with special consideration. The same holds true for the down-and-dirty deep cleaning—just on occasion and just as needed.
Laundry is an on-going responsibility (isn’t it for everyone?!) as are running the errands necessary to keep things running smoothly. (We know—gas is crazy expensive right now; we’ll handle that!) Meal prep is occasional, usually a simple breakfast before we get to work.
It’s about to be an exciting time at our house and we want you here for it! There’ll be bottles and blankets, gifts and goodies—and your help will be more valuable than ever. We hope to make it a long-term relationship and that you can look back years from now and say, “I remember when you came home from the hospital,” to our first-born!

*********

Schedule:
Part time option:
•    2-3 days a week
•    6-8 hrs.

Full time option:
•    Monday-Friday
•    8am-4pm or 9am -5pm or 10am-5pm

Help us stay healthy!

We’re looking for a full-time family chef to help our family eat well and eat together.
We’re needing someone well-versed in creative and healthy meals with a wide variety of
offerings in their mealtime repertoire. We’re working hard to say no to processed foods, sugary snacks, and ‘so long’ to all of that tacky food dye. We’re into fresh, fresh, fresh. Think straight from the grocer or farmer’s market to our table. We’ll give you free reign over what to buy and what to stock as you learn our family’s likes and dislikes. We’ll try new things and new methods and ask that you take notes on what’s a hit and what’s better left off the menu. It will be a collaborative effort but will also be part of the fun of us getting to know one another. Who’s the pickiest? Who likes their eggs scrambled, not poached? And who could eat their weight in your signature dish? Breakfast should be ready by 8:30 a.m., lunch at noon, and dinner at 5:00 p.m. We ask that you keep the kitchen (i.e., your arena) clean and sanitized and keep a watchful eye on maintaining our kitchen supplies and equipment. Come for the adventure; stay for the fun of creating new traditions with our family. Meatloaf Monday? French toast Fridays? Or al fresco lunches in the spring? We’re looking forward to your culinary creations!

Free toothbrushes for everyone!

Seriously, we’re a two-dentist family, so you know we’ve got all the toothbrushes, floss, and tiny tubes of toothpaste you could ever want or need! Our practices are thriving these days and that means more time tending to other people’s cavities, molars, and toothaches. Because of this, we’re in need of a terrific part-time nanny manager for our two kids, ages 6- and 9-years-old. They’re delightful little people and overall fun to play with and be around.

Our primary emphasis would be on engaging with our kids, organizing constructive and creative play, and steering them clear of screen time. We’ve got a huge backyard that’s a terrific setting for outdoor games of all sorts (think hidden treasures, picnics beneath shade trees, and water balloons). In addition to playtime, we’re asking for assistance with the kids’ laundry and general pick-up in their areas. Occasionally we’ll ask you to make a grocery store run to help keep us stocked on healthy options to make snacking and mealtimes easier. Because our son has pretty severe food allergies and, well, he’s still a kid, he sometimes needs a bit of help in making the wise/correct food choices. Fortunately, you’ll be able to control most of that through the handling of the daytime snacks and meal prep.

Your days will begin at the house tending to household responsibilities followed by school pick-up and after-school playtime. During the school year, your days will start a bit later at 9:45 a.m., but summertime days will begin at 7:45 a.m. When after-school or summer activities are scheduled, we’ve got a car for all the kid shuttling.

We’ve got two kitties who are living their best life and usually keep to themselves for the better part of the day. Also, because our patients depend upon us no matter what we’ve got going on at home, we’ll need you even on days when the kids might be fighting a tummy bug or feeling less than 100%. (Think of all those antibodies you will build!)
We’re looking forward to a summer of fun and games, memories and adventures, and hope you’ll be part of it! Covid vaccine preferred but not required

Full Time Administrative Executive Assistant in Dallas (75240)
Family: 176551
Location: Dallas (75240)
Age(s): N/A
Start Date: ASAP
Days & Hours: Monday- Friday 40 weekly hours generally, but flexibility is an absolute MUST
Pay Rate (pre-tax): $35-$40/hr.

Benefits:

  • 16 days PTO. (PTO can be used for vacation, sick time, and any other personal time off)
  • Medical, Dental, Vision and 401k
  • 8 Paid Holidays – subject to change based on client needs
We’ll need you to bring your ‘A game’ as our personal and administrative executive assistant. We are a family business who operates mostly from our home base so that’s where you’ll work most of the time. You need to know going on, the offices are upstairs (two grand staircases), so climbing stairs (sometimes carrying packages up to 30 lbs.) mustn’t be an issue. (Think built-in cardio!). As far as dress, we’re a conservative group, so please no bare shoulders, knees, or chest—just trying to keep it classy in the workplace!

Naturally, we’ll need you to be comfortable (think intermediate-to-advanced level) with many of the workplace software programs—Excel, Microsoft Office, QuickBooks, and more on both PCs and Macs. And experience is a must, a minimum of five years—either as an administrative assistant in an office setting or working for owners such as ourselves in family-owned businesses. Of chief importance is communication—both verbally and written. As a representative of both our business and our family, you’ll need to be top-notch.

We travel for work and for leisure and as such, our itineraries can sometimes be a bit complicated. We’ll need you to be a whiz at handling all the details to make our trips as seamless as possible. Along with our travel comes lots of coordination of our calendars—knowing who is going where, what they’ve got booked for next Wednesday, and can they make a meeting Monday at 9 a.m. There’ll be a bit of accounting too—things like reconciling and managing business and personal insurance policies, bank accounts, and credit cards. The A/R and A/P may need a bit of tallying from time to time too. All the numbers, all the accounts!

Beyond the business responsibilities, we’ll need a bit of help in terms handling and coordinating our personal and home-related tasks. Things like running errands, managing home projects (being the contact person for and handling quotes and contracts with repairmen, interior decorators, landscapers, etc.), and maybe even returning a dress that didn’t work out.

And now the biggie—flexibility! (And we’re not talking Pilates-style flexibility!) It is absolutely imperative that your schedule be flexible enough to accommodate our manager’s busy days and nights. Here’s what that looks like – being on-call evenings, Sundays, and the occasional holiday; available to travel as needed to family homes in Miami and NYC, and even open to working from your home from time to time.

It’s a lot—we know! But it is also a rewarding opportunity to become a highly valued and integral member of our business and our family. We’ve got lots of comings and goings and we need the grandest orchestrator of them all to keep the family business and the family! running as smoothly as possible.

Hours & Schedule:

  • Monday- Friday
  • 40 weekly hours generally, but flexibility is an absolute MUST
  • Must be able to work flexible hours congruent with manager’s schedule and needs
  • Must be on-call for evenings, Sundays and some holidays, as needed
  • Must be able to work from home, as needed
  • Must be available to travel, as needed, to assist in family homes in Miami, FL, and New York, NY

  • $35-$40/hr.
  • 16 days PTO (PTO can be used for vacation, sick time, and any other personal time off)
  • Medical, Dental, Vision and 401k

Full Time Nanny Manager in Lantana (76226)
Family: 176530
Location: Lantana (76226)
Age(s): 4yo and 6yo
Start Date: ASAP
Days & Hours: Monday- Friday 3:00 PM -7:00/8:00 (during the school year) Other hours can be done however the Nanny Manager would like to use their time.  Summer hours will be longer with a minimum of 40 hours, possibly more.
Pay Rate (pre-tax): $27-$30

 Benefits:

  • 30 hours guaranteed
  • 2 weeks of paid time off per year, 3-5 days of sick time
  • 9 Paid holidays: New Year’s Day, Good Friday, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day

We love a long-term relationship and hope you do too!

Our previous nanny manager was with us for 6 years and we loved her dearly! Our kids are just on the precept of all things school, making friends, and after school activities such as lessons and playdates. At 4- and 6-years-old they’re at a terrific age to hang out with, have fun with, and still be goofy with. They’re fun-loving, well-behaved, and love to be going and doing, playing and trying new things.

We’re a busy family with a variety of needs for our nanny manager. During school, there’s pick-up duty, serving up a healthy snack, and transportation to any after-school activities. Towards evening, there’s all the prep work that needs to be done to be ready for the next day (think determining objects to take and stories to tell for Show-n-Tell, making 100 days of school posters, etc.) as well as making and serving their dinner.

As school winds down, your hours would transition from part-time to full-time and lots more kid time to play games, get creative, and go places together. With so much fun to squeeze in, summertime hours will be a minimum of 40/hrs. a week.

Because we know our kids will look to you as an example, we’re wanting the best possible example ever! You don’t need a super hero cape, just a handful of admirable traits like being punctual and totally reliable. If you’ve earned a few merit badges in problem-solving and forward-thinking, all the better.

When you’re not on kid-duty, there will be just a few household responsibilities including going to the grocery store and dry cleaners, making UPS drop-offs, and handing a return now and then. Laundry and light tidying up round out our requests.

If you’ve operated on a school schedule most of your life, this gig is for you! Make some serious money during the summer and have lots more free time once school begins—the best of both worlds! Covid vaccine preferred but not required.

Occasional overnights are required.
