We’re searching for a professional, patient, and nurturing live-in nanny to care for an incredible 4-year-old boy who is neurodivergent (on the autism spectrum).
This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about child development, understands the importance of structure and consistency, and is eager to support language development through RBT training (provided by the family).
What the family is looking for:
✅ Someone with experience caring for neurodivergent children or a strong willingness to learn.
✅ A warm, calm, and proactive personality who can create a supportive environment.
✅ A nanny who is organized, dependable, and can work alongside parents and therapists as part of a team.
✅ Flexibility for travel and comfort with a split schedule.
✅ Someone who can commit long-term to building a strong bond with the child and family.
What You’ll Do:
✔ Provide consistent care and daily routines for a preschooler
✔ Support language development and social-emotional growth
✔ Assist with school drop-off/pick-up and therapy appointments
✔ Engage in structured play, sensory activities, and calming techniques
✔ Complete Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) training (fully provided) to deliver high-quality support
📍 Start in Gretna, LA, then relocate to Dallas, TX (all arrangements covered)
