What you will do
✨ Create fun, age-appropriate activities
📚 Read, play, sing, and support development
🌳 Take outings to parks, libraries, and children`s activities
🍎 Prepare the toddler`s lunch
😴 Support nap and daily routines
🚗 Drive children to activities using your vehicle

The family provides car seats and reimburses mileage at the federal rate.

How the role grows
Right now, you will focus on the toddler.
When the new baby arrives, Mom will be home and you will care for one child at a time, allowing you to give each child focused attention.
Beginning June 1, 2027, the role will transition to caring for both children, with an automatic $2/hour pay increase.
💰 $28/hr starting rate
⬆️ $30/hr beginning June 1, 2027
