Professional Support for Your Lifestyle

Working with Mom’s Best Friend to hire a professional personal assistant gives families a smoother, more personalized approach to managing busy lives. We begin by understanding your household’s unique needs, schedule, and priorities to find a candidate who fits both your routines and your style. Every assistant we recommend undergoes a thorough vetting process, including background checks and reference verification, ensuring you’re connected with a dependable and skilled professional.

We have had tremendous success working with MBF – they are prompt, professional and found exactly what we needed in a Household Manager. Now we can spend time doing the things that we enjoy doing, rather than the things we must do to keep our household running smoothly.

Gary and Elizabeth Petersen

I selected MBF because of their well-documented, thorough process, attention to detail and speed. MBF should be commended for it’s excellent communication and guidance throughout the process.

Dana Brown

We needed someone to maintain our primary residence and oversee the maintenance and readiness of the other two. We called MBF and reviewed our requirements/wishes. Within one week MBF had four resumes for our review. Our first interview with Paul was our last. Paul has become an integral part of our life, as well as almost like family. Thank you MBF for alleviating all of the hassels from our schedules. Janis and I don’t know how we survived without the assistance of someone like Paul the past thirty years.
